A passenger's weight measurement device includes a left and right pair of fixed lower rails which are fixed on the vehicle floor, a left and right pair of movable upper rails which are disposed to move in a front-and-rear direction on the fixed lower rail, load sensors which are fixed to an upper surface of the right movable upper rail, load sensors which are disposed on the movable upper rail to be movable in a left-and-right direction with respect to the right movable upper rail, a sub frame which is mounted on the load sensors, side frames which are welded to the sub frame, and a pan frame which is detachably disposed to the side frames to cover the front of the side frames. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a third connecting member for connecting between the right and left rail members, the third connecting member being disposed between a shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the front side load sensor and the shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the rear side load sensor. 4. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the third connecting member is wider in the front-and-rear direction than each of the front side load sensor and the rear side load sensor. 5. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the third connecting member is wider in the front-and-rear direction than each of the first connecting member and the second connecting member. 6. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an end portion of the first connecting member and an end portion of the second connecting member are different in a height position. 7. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 3, wherein each of both end portions of the third connecting member comprises a tightening part having a two-branched portion. 8. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 3, wherein each of both end portions of the third connecting member comprises a tightening part having a two-branched portion, and a connecting part for connecting between the end portions of the two-branched portion of each tightening part. 9. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an end portion of the first connecting member on a front side load sensor side is provided more rearwardly than a shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the front side load sensor. 10. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an end portion of the second connecting member on a rear side load sensor side is provided more rearwardly than the shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the rear side load sensor. 11. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 9, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is substantially a U-shape, a bent part is formed at each of both end portions of the first connecting member, and the bent parts are disposed more inside than the shaft line of the rod portion of the front side load sensor. 12. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the second connecting member is a pipe member. 13. A passenger's weight measurement device for a vehicle seat, comprising: right and left rail members, each of the right and left rail members comprising a fixed rail and a movable rail;a front side load sensor and a rear side load sensor, a lower portion of the front side load sensor and a lower portion of the rear side load sensor being disposed on a front portion and a rear portion of at least one of the right and left rail members, respectively;right and left side frame members that are disposed above the right and left rail members and attach a pan frame;a first connecting member for connecting between front portions of the right and left side frame members; anda second connecting member for connecting between rear portions of the right and left side frame members;wherein a first attachment member for detachably attaching the front side load sensor is provided on a front side inner surface of at least one of the right and left side frame members, the one of the right and left side frame members corresponding to the one of the right and left rail members,a first rod inserting hole, into which a rod portion provided on an upper end portion of the front side load sensor is inserted, is provided in the first attachment member,a second attachment member for detachably attaching the rear side load sensor is provided on a rear side inner surface of the one of the right and left side frame members,a second rod inserting hole, into which a rod portion provided on an upper end portion of the rear side load sensor is inserted, is provided in the second attachment member,at least a middle part of the first connecting member is provided below the pan frame,at least an end portion of the second connecting member on a rear side load sensor side is provided so as not to cross a shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the rear side load sensor,the pan frame is detachably attached to the right and left side frames, andat least an end portion of the first connecting member on a front side load sensor side is provided so as not to cross a shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the front side load sensor. 14. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 14, wherein the third connecting member is wider in the front-and-rear direction than each of the front side load sensor and the rear side load sensor. 16. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 14, wherein the third connecting member is wider in the front-and-rear direction than each of the first connecting member and the second connecting member. 17. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 13, wherein the end portion of the first connecting member and the end portion of the second connecting member are different in a height position. 18. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 14, wherein each of both end portions of the third connecting member comprises a tightening part having a two-branched portion. 19. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 14, wherein each of both end portions of the third connecting member comprises a tightening part having a two-branched portion, and a connecting part for connecting between the end portions of the two-branched portion of each tightening part. 20. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 13, wherein an end portion of the first connecting member on a front side load sensor side is provided more rearwardly than the shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the front side load sensor. 21. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 13, wherein the end portion of the second connecting member on the rear side load sensor side is provided more rearwardly than the shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the rear side load sensor. 22. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 20, wherein a cross section of the first connecting member is substantially a U-shape, a bent part is formed at each of both end portions of the first connecting member, and the bent parts are disposed more inside than a shaft line of the rod portion of the front side load sensor. 23. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second connecting member directly connects between the rear portion of the right and left side frame members. 27. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 13, wherein the second connecting member directly connects between the rear portion of the right and left side frame members. 28. A passenger's weight measurement device for a vehicle seat, comprising: right and left rail members, each of the right and left rail members comprising a fixed rail and a movable rail;a front side load sensor and a rear side load sensor, a lower portion of the front side load sensor and a lower portion of the rear side load sensor being disposed on a front portion and a rear portion of at least one of the right and left rail members, respectively;right and left side frame members that are disposed above the right and left rail members and attach a pan frame;a first connecting member for connecting between front portions of the right and left side frame members; anda second connecting member for connecting between rear portion of the right and left side frame members; anda bracket member;wherein a first attachment member for detachably attaching the front side load sensor is provided on a front side inner surface of at least one of the right and left side frame members, the one of the right and left side frame members corresponding to the one of the right and left rail members,a first rod inserting hole into which a rod portion provided on an upper end portion of the front side load sensor is inserted is provided in the first attachment member,a second attachment member for detachably attaching the rear side load sensor is provided on a rear side inner surface of the one of the right and left side frame members,a second rod inserting hole into which a rod portion provided on an upper end portion of the rear side load sensor is inserted is provided in the second attachment member,at least a middle part of the first connecting member is provided below the pan frame,an end portion of at least one of the first connecting member and the second connecting member on a load sensor side is provided so as not to cross a shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the front side load sensor, andthe bracket member is connected with at least one of the right and left rail members between the shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the front side load sensor and a shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the rear side load sensor, anda connecting part of the bracket member that is connected with the one of the right and left rail members, comprises a two-branched portion and the two-branched portion is wider than a non-branched portion of the bracket member in the front-and-rear direction, the non-branched portion being arranged inside the two-branched portion. 29. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 28, wherein the second connecting member directly connects between the rear portion of the right and left side frame members. 31. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 24, wherein the second connecting member directly connects between the rear portion of the right and left side frame members. 32. A passenger's weight measurement device for a vehicle seat, comprising: right and left rail members, each of the right and left rail members comprising a fixed rail and a movable rail;a front side load sensor and a rear side load sensor, a lower portion of the front side load sensor and a lower portion of the rear side load sensor being disposed on a front portion and a rear portion of at least one of the right and left rail members, respectively;right and left side frame members that are disposed above the right and left rail members and attach a pan frame;a first connecting member for connecting between front portions of the right and left side frame members;a second connecting member for connecting between rear portions of the right and left side frame members;a bracket member; anda submarine pipe member for supporting a buttocks of a passenger when a front collision occurs,wherein the submarine pipe member is provided between right and left movable side members, each of the right and left movable side members comprising the movable rail and the side frame member, and a front end portion of the bracket member is disposed more rearwardly than a front end of the submarine pipe member,wherein a first attachment member for detachably attaching the front side load sensor is provided on a front side inner surface of at least one of the right and left side frame members, the one of the right and left side frame members corresponding to the one of the right and left rail members,wherein a first rod inserting hole, into which a rod portion provided on an upper end portion of the front side load sensor is inserted, is provided in the first attachment member,wherein a second attachment member for detachably attaching the rear side load sensor is provided on a rear side inner surface of the one of the right and left side frame members,wherein a second rod inserting hole into which a rod portion provided on an upper end portion of the rear side load sensor is inserted is provided in the second attachment member,wherein at least a middle part of the first connecting member is provided below the pan frame,wherein the bracket member is connected with at least one of the right and left rail members between a shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the front side load sensor and a shaft line of the rod portion provided on the upper end portion of the rear side load sensor, andwherein a connecting part of the bracket member that is connected with the one of the right and left members comprises a two-branched portion, and the two branched portion is wider than a non-branched portion of the bracket member in a front-and-rear direction, the non-branched portion being arranged inside the two branched portion. 33. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 32, wherein a front end portion of an outer side connecting part of the bracket member is disposed more rearwardly than a front portion connecting member for connecting between front portions of the right and left side frame members, the outer side connecting part being connected with the one of the right and left rail members, and wherein a rear end portion of the outer side connecting part of the bracket member is disposed more frontwardly than a rear portion connecting member for connecting between rear portions of the right and left side frame members. 34. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 32, wherein the connecting part of the bracket member is fixed to the one of the right and left rail members by a plurality of fixing members arranged in a front-and-rear direction, and at least one of the plurality of fixing members is disposed below the one of the right and left rail members. 37. The passenger's weight measurement device as claimed in claim 38, further comprising a third connecting member for connecting between the right and left rail members, the third connecting member being disposed between a shaft line of the rod portion provided at the front side load sensor and the shaft line of the rod portion provided at the rear side load sensor.
