The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the signal evaluation device comprises a number of threshold value units, the respective n1th threshold value unit, n1 ε [1, . . . , N1], being configured to set an n1th flight speed status at a positive logical level on an output side of the n1th threshold value unit if the flight speed signal received in each case on an input side of the n1th threshold value unit is greater than a predeterminable threshold value, andthe signal evaluation device generates the flight status signal based on the flight speed statuses. 4. The apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the signal evaluation device comprises a first logic operation unit configured to set, on an output side of the first logic operation unit, a global flight speed status at a positive logical level if at least one predeterminable number N1′, N1′
