A fluid transporting device is of a writhing type for transporting a fluid continuously. The fluid transporting device comprises a plurality of push pins arranged along a tube and radially on a concentric arc for squeezing a portion of the tube through which the fluid is fed and having elasticity substantially at right angles, and rollers for pushing those push pins sequentially from the inlet side to the outlet side of the fluid. With this structure, it is possible to provide a thin, small fluid transporting device for continuing a stable flow rate, and a fluid transporter having the fluid transporting device.

1. A fluid transporting device, comprising: an elastic tube;a tube frame that holds the elastic tube in an arc;a rotary disc disposed in the arc, the rotational center of the rotary disc aligning with the center of the arc;a plurality of push pins disposed between the elastic tube and the rotary disc; anda rotary push plate arranged on an upper side of the rotary disc for facilitating fluid flow inside the elastic tube from an inlet to an outlet by pushing the plurality of push pins sequentially, the rotary push plate including; a plurality of protrusions that place a bias on the elastic tube by pushing the plurality of push pins sequentially; anda recess disposed between the plurality of protrusions that releases the bias from the elastic tube, wherein the push pins each include: a semispherical end portion that contacts the rotary push plate; anda pushing end portion that places the bias on the elastic tube; andeach of the protrusions includes an arc that merges into a first slope that terminates at an outer circumference arc, that contacts the semispherical end portion of the push pin, and a second slope that extends away from the outer circumference arc. 2. A fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 1, wherein the rotary disc and the rotary push plate are detachable, andthe number of the protrusions is greater or less than four. 3. A fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 1, wherein a material of a case of the fluid transporting device is in an organic matching property. 4. A fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 1, wherein at least one of the push pins places the bias on the elastic tube. 5. A fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 1, further comprising: a fluid storing container coupled to the elastic tube. 6. A fluid transporting device, comprising: an elastic tube;a tube frame that holds the elastic tube in an arc;a rotary disc disposed in the arc, the rotational center of the rotary disc aligning with the center of the arc;a plurality of push pins disposed between the elastic tube and the rotary disc; anda rotary push plate arranged on an upper side of the rotary disc for facilitating fluid flow inside the elastic tube from an inlet to an outlet by pushing the plurality of push pins sequentially, the rotary push plate including: a plurality of protrusions that place a bias on the elastic tube by pushing the plurality of push pins sequentially, each of the protrusions being non-symmetrical when viewed in plan such that each protrusion includes an arc that merges into a first slope that terminates at an outer circumference arc, which contacts the semispherical end portion of the push pin, and a second slope that extends away from the outer circumference arc; anda recess disposed between the plurality of protrusions that releases the bias from the elastic tube, wherein the push pins each include: a semispherical end portion that contacts the non-symmetrical protrusions of the rotary push plate; anda pushing end portion that places the bias on the elastic tube. 7. The fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 6, wherein the rotary disc and the rotary push plate are detachable, and the number of the protrusions is greater or less than four. 8. The fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 6, wherein a material of a case of the fluid transporting device is in an organic matching property. 9. The fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 6, wherein at least one of the push pins places the bias on the elastic tube. 10. The fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 6, further comprising a fluid storing container coupled to the elastic tube. 11. The fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 1, wherein the rotary push plate is mounted to the rotary disc by a plurality of support pins, and the rotary push plate is secured to the support pins by a plurality of C-rings that correspond to each of the support pins. 12. The fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 6, wherein the rotary push plate is mounted to the rotary disc by a plurality of support pins, and the rotary push plate is secured to the support pins by a plurality of C-rings that correspond to each of the support pins. 13. A fluid transporting device, comprising: an elastic tube;a tube frame that holds the elastic tube;a rotary disc;a plurality of push pins disposed between the elastic tube and the rotary disc; anda rotary push plate arranged on an upper side of the rotary disc for facilitating fluid flow inside the elastic tube from an inlet to an outlet by pushing the plurality of push pins sequentially, the rotary push plate including; a plurality of protrusions separated by a plurality of recesses, the protrusions placing a bias on the elastic tube by pushing the plurality of push pins sequentially; andwherein the push pins each include: a semispherical end portion that contacts the rotary push plate;a pushing end portion that places the bias on the elastic tube; andeach of the protrusions include a leading edge defined by a radially inwardly extending arc that merges into a first slope that extends radially outward and terminates at an outer circumference arc, the outer circumference arc merging into a trailing edge defined by a second slope that extends radially inward away from the outer circumference arc. 14. The fluid transporting device as set forth in claim 13, wherein the rotary push plate is mounted to the rotary disc by a plurality of support pins, and the rotary push plate is secured to the support pins by a plurality of C-rings that correspond to each of the support pins.
