1. A peritoneal dialysis patient assist device comprising: a first portion configured to hold a fluid supply connector and a first plug;a second portion configured to hold a patient connector and a second plug;an ultraviolet light (“UV”) applicator; andwherein the first and second portions cooperate with the UV applicator so that in a connection sequence (i) the first plug initially plugs the patient connector and the second plug initially plugs the supply connector,(ii) one of the first and second portions is translated away from the other, unplugging the first and second plugs from the patient connector and the supply connector, respectively,(iii) one of the first and second portions is rotated with respect to the other,(iv) the UV applicator irradiates at least a portion of the fluid supply and patient connectors; and(v) one of the first and second portions is translated towards the other, connecting the patient connector to the supply connector and the first plug to the second plug. 2. The peritoneal dialysis patient assist device of claim 1, wherein the UV applicator is initiated (i) automatically or (ii) manually. 3. The peritoneal dialysis patient assist device of claim 1, which includes at least one of: (i) a valve, the valve closed before one of the first and second portions is translated away from the other, the valve opened after the patient connector is connected to the supply connector; (ii) a motor and at least one gear configured to rotate one of the first and second portions; and (iii) a ball screw configured to translate one of the first and second portions. 4. The peritoneal dialysis patient assist device of claim 1, which includes a third portion slidingly engaged to one of the first and second portions, the third portion configured to hold one of the first and second plugs. 5. The peritoneal dialysis patient assist device of claim 4, which is configured such that the third portion is translated away from the first or second portion not connected to the third portion to unplug one of the first and second plugs before the first and second portions are translated away from each other to unplug the other of the first and second plugs. 6. The peritoneal dialysis patient assist device of claim 1, wherein the first portion is fixed and the second portion is configured to at least one of: (i) rotate; and (ii) translate with respect to the first portion. 7. The peritoneal dialysis patient assist device of claim 1, wherein the first and second portions cooperate with the UV applicator so that in a disconnection sequence: (i) the first plug is connected initially to the second plug and the patient connector is connected initially to the supply connector,(ii) one of the first and second portions is translated away from the other disconnecting the first plug from the second plug and the patient connector from the supply connector,(iii) one of the first and second portions is rotated with respect to the other,(iv) the UV applicator irradiates at least a portion of the patient connector and the supply connector, and(v) one of the first and second portions is translated with respect to the other, connecting the first plug to the patient connector and the second plug to the supply connector. 8. The peritoneal dialysis patient assist device of claim 7, which includes a valve, the valve closed before one of the first and second portions is translated away from the other, the valve opened after the first plug is connected to the patient connector and the second plug is connected to the supply connector. 9. A peritoneal dialysis patient assist device comprising: a port holder shaped to hold a first connector and a first plug, the first plug configured to prevent fluid from traveling through the first connector;a transfer set holder shaped to hold a second connector and a second plug, the second plug configured to prevent fluid from traveling through the second connector, the transfer set holder (i) rotatable with respect to the port holder, and (ii) translatable with respect to the port holder for connecting the first plug to the second plug; andan ultraviolet (“UV”) applicator positioned to radiate UV light on at least part of the first and second connectors when loaded into the port and transfer set holders, respectively. 10. The peritoneal dialysis patient assist device of claim 9, wherein the transfer set holder includes a slide holder, the slide holder translatable within the port holder, the slide holder configured to hold the second plug. 11. The peritoneal dialysis patent assist device of claim 9, which includes at least one of a translation device configured to translate the transfer set holder and rotation device configured to rotate the transfer set holder.
