A card game system, including a plurality of terminal apparatuses, a card data reading unit for detecting unique data of each of cards when an operator arranges and manipulates a set of cards selected by the operator on a flat surface of the panel on the terminal apparatus, and a game execution unit which is arranged to organize a playing team in a virtual game space based on the data detected from the cards placed on the flat surface of the panel and to execute a game against another playing team organized on another terminal apparatus connected via a network. A progress of the game is controlled in response to manipulation by the operator with the cards on the panel, a main control unit to which individual game data is transmitted from the plurality of the terminal apparatuses, and a display connected to the main control unit.

A card game system, comprising: a plurality of terminal apparatuses each of which provided with a microprocessor,a card arrangement panel having a flat surface on which a plurality of sheet-like cards are movably placed so that one of the major surfaces of each of the cards faces said flat surface and each of the cards is movable on the flat surface while the card is placed on the flat surface,card data reading device configured to detect unique data of each of the cards when an operator arranges and manipulates a set of cards selected by the operator on the flat surface of the panel on the terminal apparatus, anda game execution device implemented by the microprocessor and which is configured to organize a playing team in a virtual game space based on the data detected from the cards placed on the flat surface of the panel and to execute a game against another playing team organized on another terminal apparatus connected via a network wherein progress of the game is controlled in response to manipulation by the operator with the cards on said panel;a main control unit to which individual game data is transmitted from the plurality of the terminal apparatuses; anda display connected to the main control unit, which displays game images according to development of the game enjoyed by each of the plurality of the terminal apparatuses,wherein said execution device is further configured to set positions of respective game characters of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to locations of the cards placed on said card arrangement panel and to change an offensive formation of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to movement of plural cards on said card arrangement panel caused by the operator during playing the game. 2. The card game system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main control unit selects two of the terminal apparatuses, such that said playing teams organized on the selected two terminal apparatuses play a match. 3. The card game system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, when an opponent terminal apparatus operated by an operator is not found, a terminal apparatus is selected from available terminal apparatuses such that a computer of the selected terminal apparatus plays a match as a virtual opponent. 4. The card game apparatus system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising replay display means configured to display digest scenes of each game on the display from a plurality of games performed according to inputs from the plurality of the terminal apparatuses. 5. The card game system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main control unit comprises game information display means that displays progress information of ongoing games, when there are no digest scenes of the ongoing games available currently from the plurality of the terminal apparatuses. 6. A card game system, comprising: a plurality of terminal apparatuses each of which provided with a microprocessor,a card arrangement panel having a flat surface on which a plurality of sheet-like cards are movably placed so that one of the major surfaces of each of the cards faces said flat surface and each of the cards is movable on the flat surface while the card is placed on the flat surface,card data reading device configured to detect unique data of each of the cards when an operator arranges and manipulates a set of cards selected by the operator on the flat surface of the panel on the terminal apparatus, anda game execution device implemented by the microprocessor and which is configured to organize a playing team in a virtual game space based on the data detected from the cards placed on the flat surface of the panel and to execute a game against another playing team organized on another terminal apparatus connected via a network wherein progress of the game is controlled in response to manipulation by the operator with the cards on said panel;a main control unit to which individual game data is transmitted from the plurality of the terminal apparatuses; anda display connected to the main control unit, which displays game images according to development of the game enjoyed by each of the plurality of the terminal apparatuses,wherein the main control unit comprises replay display means that displays on said display scenes selected from past game scenes, when there are no digest scenes of games available currently from the plurality of the terminal apparatuses. 7. A card game apparatus including a microprocessor, comprising: a card arrangement panel formed of a flat surface on which a plurality of sheet-like cards, each of which is printed with a picture of a game character on one of the major surfaces of the card and stored with data individual to the game character, are placed so that the other of said major surfaces of each card faces said flat surface of the panel, said panel being formed so that each of the cards is slidably movable along said flat surface by an operator while the card is maintained placed on said flat surface of the panel;a card data reading device configured to detect the data individual to the game character from each of the cards placed on the panel and movement of a card when the player moves at least one of the cards on said panel; anda game execution device implemented by the microprocessor and configured to:organize, in a virtual game space, a team including the game characters detected from the cards place on the panel;set positions of the respective game characters of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to locations of the cards placed on said card arrangement panel;execute a game of a simulation playing against another team; andcontrol the progress of the game in response to the operator's manipulation of moving the cards on the panel, which includes changing an offensive formation of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to movement of plural cards on said card arrangement panel caused by the operator during playing the game. 8. A card game apparatus comprising: a card arrangement panel formed of a flat surface on which a plurality of sheet-like cards, each of which is printed with a picture of a game character on one of the major surfaces of the card and stored with data individual to the game character, are placed so that the other of said major surfaces of each card faces said flat surface of the panel, said panel being formed so that each of the cards is slidably movable along said flat surface by an operator while the card is maintained placed on said flat surface of the panel;a card data reading device configured to detect the data individual to the game character from each of the cards placed on the panel and movement of a card when the player moves at least one of the cards on said panel;a game execution device implemented by the microprocessor and configured to: organize a team including the game characters detected from the cards place on the panel;execute a game of a simulation playing against another team; andcontrol the progress of the game in response to the operator's manipulation of moving the cards on the panel;a memory card insertion unit to which a writable memory card is inserted wherein said memory card is stored with data relating to the game characters specified by said sheet-like cards which the operator currently owns;a reading device configured to read information stored in the memory card that is inserted to the memory card insertion unit;a coin accepting device configured to accept coin insertion after the reading device has read the information contained in the memory card; anda game starting device configured to allow the operator starting a card game with manipulating said cards on said card arrangement panel after the coin accepting device has accepted the coin insertion. 9. The card game apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the memory card stores at least information relative to kinds of the cards owned by the operator, skill levels of the players, and past game results performed by the operator. 10. A card game apparatus, comprising: a card arrangement panel formed of a flat surface on which a plurality of sheet-like cards, each of which is printed with a picture of a game character on one of the major surfaces of the card and stored with data individual to the game character, are placed so that the other of said major surfaces of each card faces said flat surface of the panel, said panel being formed so that each of the cards is slidably movable along said flat surface by an operator while the card is maintained placed on said flat surface of the panel;a card data reading device configured to detect the data individual to the game character from each of the cards placed on the panel and movement of a card when the player moves at least one of the cards on said panel; anda game execution device implemented by the microprocessor and configured to: organize a team including the game characters detected from the cards place on the panel;execute a game of a simulation playing against another team; andcontrol the progress of the game in response to the operator's manipulation of moving the cards on the panel,wherein said card game apparatus is configured to permit the operator to execute a game control that includesa player selection mode wherein the operator selects players forming said team by arranging on said panel a set of the cards selected by the operator,an exercise mode wherein the operator is allowed to exercise with the selected players,a game mode wherein the operator is allowed to start a game with the team with manipulating the cards on the panel, wherein parameters of the team and the players of the team may be updated by the exercise performed in the exercise mode, anda message selection mode wherein a message is selected out of a plurality of messages, the selected message being displayed before, during and after the game, such that the selected message is reflected on the game. 11. A non-transitory computer readable medium having stored thereon a computer program executable on a game apparatus, wherein said game apparatus comprises a card arrangement panel formed of a flat surface so that each of the cards placed on said panel is slidably movable along said flat surface by an operator, a card detection device configured to detect data from, as well as movement of, the cards arranged on said panel, and game execution device configured to execute a game based on information supplied from said card detection device, wherein each of the cards is a sheet-like card with a first and a second flat major surfaces and printed with a game character on said first flat major surface, wherein, when the operator arranges a set of, and slidably moves at least one of, the cards on said panel so that each of the cards is placed on the panel with said second flat major surface facing said flat surface of the panel, the information from said card detection device is supplied to said game execution device as data indicative of manipulation by the operator, said computer program on said game apparatus executing the steps of: organizing, in a virtual game space, a playing team based on the information detected from the respective cards;setting positions of respective game characters of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to locations of the cards placed on said card arrangement panel;allowing the operator to execute a game against a playing team organized on another game apparatus connected via a network; andcontrolling the progress of the game in response to the operator's manipulation of moving at least one of the cards on the panel, which includes changing an offensive formation of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to movement of plural cards on said card arrangement panel caused by the operator during playing the game. 12. A non-transitory computer readable medium having stored thereon a computer program executable on a game apparatus, wherein said game apparatus comprises a card arrangement panel formed of a flat surface so that each of the cards placed on said panel is slidably movable along said flat surface by an operator, a card detection device configured to detect data from, as well as movement of, the cards arranged on said panel, and game execution device configured to execute a game based on information supplied from said card detection device, wherein each of the cards is a sheet-like card with a first and a second flat major surfaces and printed with a game character on said first flat major surface, wherein, when the operator arranges a set of, and slidably moves at least one of, the cards on said panel so that each of the cards is placed on the panel with said second flat major surface facing said flat surface of the panel, the information from said card detection device is supplied to said game execution device as data indicative of manipulation by the operator, said computer program on said game apparatus executing the steps of: organizing a playing team based on the information detected from the respective cards;allowing the operator to execute a game against a playing team organized on another game apparatus connected via a network;controlling the progress of the game in response to the operator's manipulation of moving at least one of the cards on the panel;reading information stored in a memory card inserted in a memory card insertion unit; andallowing the operator to start manipulating the game after the coin insertion is accepted. 13. A card game apparatus including a microprocessor, comprising: a card arrangement panel formed of a flat surface on which a plurality of sheet-like cards, each of which is printed with a picture of a game character on one of the major surfaces of the card and stored with data individual to the game character, are placed at arbitrary locations on said flat surface so that the other of said major surfaces of each card faces said flat surface of the panel, said panel being formed so that each of the cards is slidably movable along said flat surface by an operator while the card is maintained placed on said flat surface of the panel;a card data reading device configured to detect the data individual to the game character from each of the cards placed on the panel and movement of a card when the operator moves at least one of the cards on said panel; anda game execution device implemented by the microprocessor and configured to:organize, in a virtual game space, a team including the game characters detected from the cards place on the panel,set positions of the respective game characters of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to locations of the cards placed on said card arrangement panel;execute a game of a simulation playing against another team, andcontrol the progress of the game in response to the operator's manipulation of moving the cards on the panel, which includes changing an offensive formation of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to movement of plural cards on said card arrangement panel caused by the operator during playing the game. 14. A game apparatus including a microprocessor, comprising: a card arrangement panel formed of a flat surface having an expansion enough to arrange a plurality of cards at arbitrary locations so that each of the cards is slidably movable along said flat surface by an operator;a card detection device configured to detect locations of, as well as data from, the cards arranged on said panel; anda game execution device implemented by the microprocessor and configured to execute a game based on information supplied from said card detection device,wherein, when the operator arranges a set of the cards on said panel, said game execution device organizes, in a virtual game space, a playing team of game characters corresponding to the set of cards arranged on the panel based on the data detected from the respective cards, sets positions of the respective game characters of the team in said virtual space correspondingly to the locations of the cards placed on said card arrangement panel and allows the operator to execute a game against a playing team organized on another game apparatus connected via a network, andwherein, when the operator moves at least one of the cards slidably along said flat surface of said panel, said game execution device controls the progress of the game in response to the operator's manipulation of moving at least one of the cards on the panel, which includes changing an offensive formation of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to movement of plural cards on said card arrangement panel caused by the operator during playing the game. 15. A game apparatus including a microprocessor, comprising: a card arrangement panel formed of a flat surface so that each of cards placed on said panel is slidably movable along said flat surface by an operator;a card detection device configured to detect data from, as well as movement of, the cards arranged on said panel; anda game execution device implemented by the microprocessor and configured to execute a game based on information supplied from said card detection device,wherein each of the cards is a sheet-like card with a first and a second flat major surfaces and printed with a game character on said first flat major surface,wherein, when the operator arranges a set of, and slidably moves at least one of, the cards on said panel so that each of the cards is placed on the panel with said second flat major surface faces said flat surface of the panel, the information from said card detection device is supplied to said game execution device as data indicative of manipulation by the operator,wherein said game execution device organizes, in a virtual game space, a playing team with the game characters corresponding to the cards placed on the card arrangement panel and with locations in the virtual game space corresponding to the locations of the game cards on the panel based on the information detected from the respective cards and allows the operator to execute a game against a playing team organized on another game apparatus connected via a network, andwherein, when the operator moves the cards slidably along said flat surface of said panel, said game execution device controls the progress of the game in response to the operator's manipulation of moving the cards on the panel, which includes changing a formation of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to movement of the plural cards on said card arrangement panel caused by the operator during playing the game. 16. A game apparatus including a microprocessor, comprising: a housing having an operation panel provided at the upper portion of the housing, said operation panel including a play field the upper surface of which has an expanse on which a plurality of game pieces can be arranged and is formed smoothly so that said game pieces are slidably movable along the surface of said play field while placed thereon, wherein each of said game pieces has a flat upper surface indicated with a game information and a flat lower surface and contains coded data relating to the game information indicated on the upper surface of the game piece, wherein each of said game pieces is movably arranged on the play field so that the lower surface faces the surface of said play field;an information detection device disposed inside of said housing and configured to detect the coded data from each game piece placed on said operation panel as well as data indicative of the location and movement of each game piece on said operation panel; anda game execution device implemented by the microprocessor and which executes a game program based on information detected by said information detection device,wherein the information detected by said information detection device is supplied to said game execution device as information indicative of operation by an operator who arranges and moves the game pieces on said operation panel, andwherein said game execution device executes the game program so as to set in the virtual game space a formation organized with the game characters in correspondence with the arrangement of the game pieces placed on said play field and so as to control the progress of the game executed in said virtual game space in correspondence with operation by the operator of moving at least one of the game pieces on said operation panel, which includes changing the formation of the team in said virtual game space correspondingly to movement of the plural game pieces on said operation panel caused by the operator during playing the game.
