The content providing and obtaining system according to claim 1, wherein: said content obtaining apparatus transmits apparatus identification data for identifying the above content obtaining apparatus to said content providing apparatus as said identification information; andsaid content providing apparatus specifies said specified decoding method by said apparatus identification data. 3. The content providing and obtaining system according to claim 1, wherein: said content providing apparatus:evaluates whether or not said content obtaining apparatus which transmitted said identification information is an authorized apparatus to use a providing service of said specified content data, based at least in part on said identification information; andonly when said content obtaining apparatus is determined to be an authorized apparatus to use said providing service of said specified content data, detects whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored thereon, based at least in part on said specifying information. 4. The content providing and obtaining system according to claim 1, wherein: said content providing apparatus:stores, on the content providing apparatus, said identification information, and information produced by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said specified decoding method applied to said content obtaining apparatus to which the identification information has been allocated, by making a correspondence, anddetects said specified compression coding method corresponding to the stored identification information, based at least in part on said identification information transmitted from said content obtaining apparatus; anddetects whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored on the content providing apparatus, based at least in part on said specifying information and said detected specified compression coding method. 5. The content providing and obtaining system according to claim 1, wherein; said content providing apparatus records and stores, if said specified compressed content data is generated, the generated specified compressed content data thereon. 6. The content providing and obtaining system according to claim 1, further comprising a content supplying apparatus, wherein the content supplying apparatus: stores, on the content supplying apparatus, supply-side compressed content data for supply that has been compressively coded by a compression coding method and different from said compressed content data stored on said content providing apparatus,receives request information representing said specified compression coding method and said specified content data, from said content providing apparatus,detects whether or not said supply-side specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method has been stored on the content supplying apparatus, based at least in part on said request information, to generate a supply-side detection result,if the supply-side detection result indicates that said supply-side specified compressed content data has been stores on the content supplying apparatus, reads said specified compressed content data,compressively codes according to the supply-side detection result, if said supply-side specified compressed content data has not been stored on the content supplying apparatus, said specified content data being the original data of the supply-side specified compressed content data by said specified compression coding method, and generating said supply-side specified compressed content data, andtransmits said supply-side specified compressed content data to said content providing apparatus; and whereinsaid content providing apparatus:detects, if said specified compressed content data has not been stored on the content providing apparatus a presence/absence of said specified content data being original data of the specified compressed content data,transmits, if the absence of the specified content data being the original data of said specified compressed content data is detected, said request information to said content supplying apparatus, andreceives said supply-side specified compressed content data transmitted from said content supplying apparatus;wherein a data transmitter of said content providing apparatus transmits said received supply-side specified compressed content data to said content obtaining apparatus. 7. A method of providing and obtaining a content by providing compressed content data generated by compressively coding content data by a specified compression coding method from a content providing apparatus, and obtaining the provided compressed content data by a content obtaining apparatus applying a specified decoding method corresponding to the specified compression coding method, wherein said content providing method comprises acts of: receiving identification information for identifying said specified decoding method applied to the content obtaining apparatus, and specifying information representing specified content data, from said content obtaining apparatus,in response to receiving the identification information, detecting whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored in a data store for storing plural kinds of said compressed content data, according to said identification information and said specifying information, to generate a detection result,in response to determining that the detection result indicates that said specified compressed content data has been stored in said data store, reading said specified compressed content data from said data store, or in response to determining that the detection result indicates that said specified compressed content data has not been stored in said data store, compressively coding said specified content data being original data of the above specified compressed content data by said specified compression coding method, and generating said specified compressed content data, andtransmitting said specified compressed content data read from said data store, or said generated specified compressed content data, to said content obtaining apparatus; andwhereinsaid content obtaining method comprises acts of: transmitting said identification information and said specifying information to said content providing apparatus,receiving said specified compressed content data from said content providing apparatus, anddecoding said specified compressed content data by said specified decoding method, and generating said specified content data. 8. The method of providing and obtaining a content according to claim 7, wherein: said content obtaining apparatus transmits apparatus identification data for identifying the above content obtaining apparatus to said content providing apparatus as said identification information; andsaid content providing apparatus specifies said specified decoding method by said apparatus identification data. 9. The method of providing and obtaining a content according to claim 7, wherein: said content providing method further includes acts of: evaluating whether or not said content obtaining apparatus which transmitted said identification information is an authorized apparatus to use a providing service of said specified content data, based at least in part on said identification information; andwhen said content obtaining apparatus is determined to be an authorized apparatus to use said providing service of said specified content data in said act of evaluating, said act of detecting further comprises an act of determining whether or not specified compression content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored in said data store, based at least in part on said specifying information. 10. The method of providing and obtaining a content according to claim 7, wherein: said content providing method further includes acts of: storing said identification information, and information on said specified compression coding method corresponding to said specified decoding method applied to said content obtaining apparatus to which the identification information has been allocated, in an information store by making a correspondence, anddetecting said specified compression coding method corresponding to the stored identification information, based at least in part on said identification information transmitted from said content obtaining apparatus; and wherein the act of detecting whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data has been stored in the data store further comprises determining whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored in said data store, based at least in part on said specifying information and said specified compression coding method detected in the act of detecting the specified compression coding method corresponding to the identification information. 11. The method of providing and obtaining a content according to claim 7, wherein; said content providing method further comprises an act of recording and storing said generated specified compressed content data in said data store. 12. The method of providing and obtaining a content according to claim 7, further comprising: a content supplying method for supplying said compressed content data to said content providing apparatus comprises acts of: receiving request information representing said specified compression coding method and said specified content data, from said content providing apparatus,detecting whether or not said specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method has been stored on a content supplying apparatus, based at least in part on said request information to generate a detection result,reading, if, according to the detection result, said specified compressed content data has been stored on the content supplying apparatus, said specified compressed content data from said content supplying apparatus, and if said specified compressed content data has not been stored in said content supplying apparatus, compressively coding said specified content data being original data of the above specified compressed content data by said specified compression coding method, and generating said specified compressed content data, andtransmitting said specified compressed content data read from said content supplying apparatus, or said generated specified compressed content data, to said content providing apparatus; and wherein said content providing method further includes acts of: detecting, if, according to the detection result, said specified compressed content data has not been stored on the content supplying apparatus, a presence/absence of said specified content data being original data of the above specified compressed content data,transmitting, if the absence of the specified content data being the original data of said specified compressed content data is detected in the act of detecting, of transmitting said request information to said content supplying apparatus, andreceiving said specified compressed content data from said content supplying apparatus; andtransmitting said specified compressed content data received in the act of receiving to said content obtaining apparatus. 13. A content providing apparatus for providing compressed content data generated by compressively coding content data by a specified compression coding method, to a content obtaining apparatus applying a specified decoding method corresponding to the specified compression coding method, wherein the content providing apparatus: stores thereon said compressed content data compressively coded by at least one kind of compression coding method;receives identification information for identifying said specified decoding method applied to the content obtaining apparatus, and specifying information representing specified content data, from said content obtaining apparatus;in response to receiving the identification information, detects whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored on the content providing apparatus, according to said identification information and said specifying information to generate a detection result;in response to determining that the detection result indicates that said specified compressed content has been stored on the content obtaining apparatus, reads said stored specified compressed content data or in response to determining that the detection result indicates that said specified compressed content data has not been stored on the content providing apparatus, compressively coding said specified content data being original data of the above specified compressed content data by said specified compression coding method, and generating said specified compressed content data; andtransmits said specified compressed content data, or said specified compressed content data, to said content obtaining apparatus. 14. The content providing apparatus according to claim 13, wherein: said identification information transmitted from said content obtaining apparatus is identification data for identifying the content obtaining apparatus; andthe content providing apparatus specifies said specified decoding method by said identification data. 15. The content providing apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the content providing apparatus: determines whether or not said content obtaining apparatus which transmitted said identification information is an authorized apparatus to use a providing service of said specified content data, based at least in part on said identification information; andwhen said content obtaining apparatus is determined to be an authorized apparatus to use said providing service of said specified content data, detects whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored on the content providing apparatus, based at least in part on said specifying information. 16. The content providing apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the content providing apparatus: stores thereon said identification information, and information produced by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said specified decoding method applied to said content obtaining apparatus to which the identification information has been allocated, by making a correspondence, detects said specified compression coding method corresponding to the above identification information in said identification information store, based at least in part on said identification information transmitted from said content obtaining apparatus; anddetects whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored on the content providing apparatus, based at least in part on said specifying information and said detected specified compression coding method. 17. The content providing apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the content providing apparatus; records and stores thereon, if said specified compressed content data is generated by said compressively-coding encoder, the generated specified compressed content data. 18. The content providing apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the content providing apparatus: detects, according to the detection result, if said specified compressed content data has not been stored on the content providing apparatus, a presence/absence of said specified content data being original data of the specified compressed content data, to generate a data presence detection result,transmits, if the absence of the specified content data being the original data of said specified compressed content data is detected according to said data presence detection result, request information representing said specified compression coding method and said specified content data, to a content supplying apparatus that stores compressed content data for supply that has been compressively coded by a compression coding method different from said compressed content data stored on the content providing apparatus, andreceives, as a result that said request information was transmitted to said content supplying apparatus, if said specified compressed content data has been stored on the content supplying apparatus, said specified compressed content data read and transmitted from the content supplying apparatus, and if said specified compressed content data has not been stored on the content supplying apparatus receives said specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data being the original data of the specified compressed content data by said specified compression coding method and then transmitted;wherein said content providing apparatus transmits said received specified compressed content data received to said content obtaining apparatus. 19. A method of providing a content by providing compressed content data generated by compressively coding content data by a specified compression coding method to a content obtaining apparatus applying a specified decoding method corresponding to the specified compression coding method, comprising acts of: receiving, at a content providing apparatus, identification information, transmitted from the content obtaining apparatus, for identifying said specified decoding method applied to the content obtaining apparatus, and specifying information representing specified content data, from said content obtaining apparatus;in response to receiving the identification information, detecting whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored on the content providing apparatus, according to said identification information and said specifying information to generate a detection result;in response to determining that the detection result indicates that specified compressed content data has been stored on the content providing apparatus, reading said specified compressed content data from said content providing apparatus, or in response to determining that the detection result indicates that said specified compressed content data has not been stored on the content providing apparatus, compressively coding said specified content data being original data of the specified compressed content data by said specified compression coding method, and generating said specified compressed content data; andtransmitting said specified compressed content data, or said generated specified compressed content data, to said content obtaining apparatus. 20. The method of providing a content according to claim 19, wherein: said identification information transmitted from said content obtaining apparatus is identification data for identifying the content obtaining apparatus; andsaid act of detecting further comprises an act of specifying said specified decoding method by said identification data. 21. The method of providing a content according to claim 19, further comprising acts of: determining whether or not said content obtaining apparatus which transmitted said identification information is an authorized apparatus to use a providing service of said specified content data, based at least in part on said identification information; and whereinwhen said content obtaining apparatus is determined to be an authorized apparatus to use said providing service of said specified content data, said act of detecting further comprises an act of determining whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored on the content providing apparatus, based at least in part on said specifying information. 22. The method of providing a content according to claim 19, further comprising acts of: storing said identification information, and information on said specified compression coding method corresponding to said specified decoding method applied to said content obtaining apparatus to which the above identification information has been allocated by making a correspondence, anddetecting said specified compression coding method corresponding to the stored identification information, based at least in part on said identification information transmitted from said content obtaining apparatus; whereinsaid act of detecting whether or not said specified compressed content data has been stored further comprises determining whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored, based at least in part on said specifying information and said specified compression coding method detected in the act of detecting the specified coding method corresponding to the identification information. 23. The method of providing a content according to claim 19, further comprising an act of: recording and storing said generated specified compressed content data on the content providing apparatus. 24. The method of providing a content according to claim 19, further comprising acts of: detecting, if, according to the detection result, if said specified compressed content data has not been stored, a presence/absence of said specified content data being the data of the specified compressed content data,transmitting, if the absence of the specified content data being the original data of said specified compressed content data is detected, request information representing said specified compression coding method and said specified content data, to a content supplying apparatus that stores compressed content data for supply that has been compressively coded by a compression coding method different from said compressed content data stored on the content providing apparatus, andreceiving, if, as a result that said request information was transmitted to said content supplying apparatus, said specified compressed content data has been stored on said content supplying apparatus, said specified compressed content data read and transmitted from said content supplying apparatus, and if said specified compressed content data has not been stored on said content supplying apparatus, receiving said specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data being the original data of the above specified compressed content data by said specified compression coding method and then transmitted; andtransmitting said received specified compressed content data to said content obtaining apparatus. 25. A non-transitory content providing program storing medium encoded with instructions that, when executed by a content providing apparatus, perform a method comprising: receiving identification information for identifying a specified decoding method, and specifying information representing specified content data, from a content obtaining apparatus applying the specified decoding method corresponding to a specified compression coding method, for obtaining compressed content data generated by compressively coding content data by the specified compression coding method;in response to receiving the identification information, detecting whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored on the content providing apparatus to generate a detection result;in response to determining that the detection result indicates that said specified compressed content data has been stored on the content providing apparatus, reading said specified compressed content data, or in response to determining that the detection result indicates that said specified compressed content data has not been stored on the content providing apparatus, compressively coding said specified content data being original data of the above specified compressed content data by said specified compression coding method, and generating said specified compressed content data; andtransmitting said read specified compressed content data, or said generated specified compressed content data, to said content obtaining apparatus. 26. The non-transitory content providing program storing medium according to claim 25, wherein: said identification information transmitted from said content obtaining apparatus is identification data for identifying the above content obtaining apparatus; and wherein the act ofdetecting further comprises specifying said specified decoding method by said identification data. 27. The non-transitory content providing program storing medium according to claim 25, wherein said method further comprises: determining whether or not said content obtaining apparatus which transmitted said identification information is an authorized apparatus to use a providing service of said specified content data, based at least in part on said identification information; andwhen said content obtaining apparatus is determined to be an authorized apparatus to use said providing service of said specified content data, determining whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored on the content providing apparatus, based at least in part on said specifying information. 28. The non-transitory content providing program storing medium according to claim 25, wherein said method further comprises: storing said identification information, and information on said specified compression coding method corresponding to said specified decoding method applied to said content obtaining apparatus to which the identification information has been allocated by making a correspondence, andidentifying said specified compression coding method corresponding to the stored identification information, based at least in part on said identification information transmitted fromsaid content obtaining apparatus; wherein said act of detecting further comprises an act of determining whether or not specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data by said specified compression coding method corresponding to said identification information has been stored on the content providing apparatus, based at least in part on said specifying information and said specified compression coding method detected in said act of identifying. 29. The non-transitory content providing program storing medium according to claim 25, wherein said method further comprises: recording and storing said generated specified compressed content data on the content providing apparatus. 30. The non-transitory content providing program storing medium according to claim 25, wherein said method further comprises: detecting, if, according to the detection result, if said specified compressed content data has not been stored, a presence/absence of said specified content data being the data of the specified compressed content data,transmitting, if the absence of the specified content data being the original data of said specified compressed content data is detected, request information representing said specified compression coding method and said specified content data, to a content supplying apparatus that stores compressed content data for supply that has been compressively coded by a compression coding method different from said compressed content data stored on the content providing apparatus, andreceiving, if, as a result that said request information was transmitted to said content supplying apparatus, said specified compressed content data has been stored on said content supplying apparatus, said specified compressed content data read and transmitted from said content supplying apparatus, and if said specified compressed content data has not been stored on said content supplying apparatus, receiving said specified compressed content data generated by compressively coding said specified content data being the original data of the above specified compressed content data by said specified compression coding method and then transmitted; andtransmitting said received specified compressed content data to said content obtaining apparatus.
