1. A method for oxidizing methane using a source of oxygen and the enteric fermentation methane produced by one or more ruminant animals as a source of carbon and/or energy, comprising: a. providing a first gas comprising enteric fermentation-derived methane gas that has been emitted by and collected from one or more ruminant animals contained in an enclosure;b. providing a second gas comprising air that has been combined with said first gas in said enclosure, wherein said second gas comprises oxygen and wherein the concentration of said enteric fermentation-derived methane in said combination of first and second gases is between 1.7 ppm and 1000 ppm;c. providing at least one system to oxidize methane to produce electricity and/or heat wherein said system is unable to oxidize said first gas using said second gas as a sole source of methane and wherein said system is selected from the group consisting of: a fuel cell, turbine, microturbine, engine, and reverse flow reactor;d. providing a third gas comprising methane, wherein the amount of methane in said third gas is sufficient to support the oxidation of said third gas by said system using said third gas as a sole source of methane; ande. introducing a combination of said first, second, and third gases to said system, wherein said system oxidizes a portion of said methane in both said first and third gases to methanol, water, and/or carbon dioxide. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising providing a conveyor to direct, move, and/or convey said second gas, wherein the conveyor can be used to contact said second gas with said third gas and/or said system. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein said second gas comprises air, dust, non-methane organic matter, ammonia, gases, flies, particulate matter, and/or airborne matter fully or partially contained by said enclosure. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein said second gas is contacted with said system to function as an oxygen source for said system, wherein the method of claim 1 reduces environmental enteric fermentation methane emissions. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein said system is an electricity generating system. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein said system is a heat-generating system. 7. The method of claim 1, further comprising reducing the flow rate of said second gas through said enclosure to increase the concentration of said first gas within said enclosure, or increasing the flow rate of said second gas through said enclosure to reduce the concentration of said first gas within said enclosure. 8. The method of claim 1, wherein the temperature and flow rate of said second gas within said enclosure are simultaneously controlled to optimize the health of said ruminant animals within said enclosure and the concentration of said oxygen and/or methane. 9. A method for oxidizing methane using a source of oxygen and the enteric fermentation methane produced by one or more ruminant animals as a source of carbon and/or energy, comprising: a. providing a first gas comprising enteric fermentation-derived methane gas that has been emitted by and collected from one or more ruminant animals contained in an enclosure;b. providing a second gas comprising air that has been combined with said first gas in said enclosure, wherein said second gas comprises oxygen and wherein the concentration of said enteric fermentation-derived methane in said combination of first and second gases is between 1.7 ppm and 1000 ppm;c. providing an electricity-generating fuel cell that oxidizes methane to produce electricity wherein said fuel cell is unable to oxidize said first gas using said second gas as a sole source of methane;d. providing a third gas comprising methane, wherein the amount of methane in said third gas is sufficient to support the oxidation of said third gas by said fuel cell using said third gas as a sole source of methane; ande. introducing a combination of said first, second, and third gases to said fuel cell, wherein said fuel cell oxidizes a portion of said methane in both said first and third gases to methanol, water, and/or carbon dioxide. 10. A method for oxidizing methane using a source of oxygen and the enteric fermentation methane produced by one or more ruminant animals as a source of carbon and/or energy, comprising: a) providing a first gas comprising enteric fermentation-derived methane gas that has been emitted by and collected from one or more ruminant animals contained in an enclosure;b) providing a second gas comprising air that has been combined with said first gas in said enclosure, wherein said second gas comprises oxygen and wherein the concentration of said enteric fermentation-derived methane in said combination of first and second gases is between 1.7 ppm and 1000 ppm;c) providing a combustor to oxidize methane to produce electricity and/or heat wherein said combustor is unable to oxidize said first gas using said second gas as a sole source of methane;d) providing a third gas comprising methane, wherein the amount of methane in said third gas is sufficient to support the oxidation of said third gas by said combustor using said third gas as a sole source of methane;e) introducing a combination of said first, second, and third gases to said combustor, wherein said combustor oxidizes a portion of said methane in both said first and third gases to methanol, water, and/or carbon dioxide.
