A method for wireless and cable connected communication between a television set and a mobile device, comprising steps of: receiving and processing in a receiver of a television (TV) set a mobile device transmitted first Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) modulated wireless signal and an infrared (IR) signal into a first processed OFDM signal and a processed IR signal for providing said first processed OFDM signal and said processed IR signal to an interface unit of said TV set for use of said first processed OFDM signal and said processed IR signal by a user of said television set, said received first OFDM modulated signal and said received IR signal is received from a first and a second transmitter of said mobile device, said IR signal is generated in said mobile device;receiving and processing in said TV set a cable connected, said mobile device transmitted signal, into a received cable connected processed signal for providing said processed cable connected received signal to an interface unit of said television set for use of said processed cable connected received signal by said user of said television set, said cable connected received signal is received from a third transmitter of said mobile device, said mobile device transmitted first OFDM modulated wireless signal and said mobile device cable connected transmitted signal is obtained in said mobile device from a camera provided processed signal, or is obtained in said mobile device by receiving, demodulating and processing a received Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) modulated signal into a received, demodulated and processed baseband CDMA signal, said camera is in said mobile device and said received CDMA modulated signal is received, demodulated and processed in said mobile device from a cellular base station CDMA signal transmitter; andprocessing, modulating and transmitting in said TV set a baseband video signal, into a second processed and second OFDM modulated signal and transmitting said second processed and second OFDM modulated signal in a wireless transmitter of said TV set to said mobile device for demodulating and processing of said second OFDM processed signal in said mobile device into a second OFDM processed video signal and for providing said second OFDM processed video signal to an interface unit of said mobile device for use by a user of said mobile device, said first OFDM modulated signal is distinct from said second OFDM modulated signal, said baseband video signal is a received, demodulated baseband broadcast video signal, said broadcast video signal is received in said TV set from a television broadcast transmitter. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising step of processing and transmitting said baseband video signal in a wired transmitter, said wired transmitter comprises a cable connector and cable to said mobile device and said mobile device is a cellular phone and further comprising method for three dimensional (3D) picture transmission and music transmission from said TV receiver to said cellular phone and further comprising method of interactive communication and entertainment between said TV set and said cellular phone. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein said processed IR signal is received from said mobile device and is used for control of said television set (TV set) and a motion detection method in said mobile device, said motion detection method used for detecting motion of a user of said mobile device, and for processing in a processor and transmitting in a transmitter of said mobile device detected motion to said TV set for control of said TV set and further comprising method for generating and processing in said mobile device a video signal into a processed baseband in-phase and a quadrature-phase video signal having the property of whenever the in-phase signal has its maximum amplitude, the quadrature-phase signal has zero value and when the in-phase signal has a local maximum the quadrature-phase signal has a local minimum and providing said in-phase and said quadrature-phase signal to a quadrature modulator for quadrature modulation, said quadrature modulator is in said mobile device. 4. The method of claim 1, further comprising step of receiving and processing a music signal in said mobile device into a processed music signal said received music signal is transmitted by said TV set by a cable connection to said mobile device, said processed music signal is processed in said mobile device into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase music signal, said cross-correlated music signal is modulated and transmitted as a cross-correlated modulated music signal to a cellular base station. 5. The method of claim 1, further comprising step of receiving, demodulating and processing a received OFDM modulated wireless music signal in said mobile device into a processed music signal said processed music signal is processed in said mobile device into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase music signal, said cross-correlated music signal is modulated and transmitted as a cross-correlated modulated music signal to a cellular base station, mobile device is a cellular phone. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein said received infrared (IR) signal, received from said mobile device is processed into a remote control signal of said television set and said mobile device is a cellular phone, said cellular phone transmits said IR signal under the control of a touch screen generated control signal. 7. The method of claim 1, further comprising step of transmission and reception of said first and said second OFDM modulated signals in said mobile device in a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) antenna system, said mobile device is a cellular phone, said cellular phone comprising method of processing and modulating a photo camera generated signal into a cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase quadrature modulated signal and into a processed non-quadrature polar modulated signal and, further comprising step of selecting said quadrature modulated or said non-quadrature modulated photo camera generated signal for transmission by said cellular phone and further comprising step of processing in cascade in said cellular phone said second OFDM processed signal into a Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal and transmitting said CDMA signal in a cellular system. 8. A method for wireless communication between a television set and a cellular phone comprising steps of: processing, modulating and transmitting in a television (TV) set a baseband video signal into a first Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) modulated wireless first OFDM transmitted video signal to a cellular phone, said baseband video signal is a received and demodulated TV signal in said TV set from the internet or from a video broadcast transmitter;receiving, demodulating and processing said first OFDM transmitted video signal in said cellular phone into a first demodulated processed OFDM signal and providing said first demodulated processed OFDM signal to an interface unit of said cellular phone for use by a user of said cellular phone;receiving in said TV set a transmitted infrared (IR) signal, said transmitted IR signal is used for control of said television set, said transmitted IR signal is generated in said cellular phone, said transmitted IR signal is controlled by a touch screen generated and processed touch screen control signal, said touch screen generated signal is generated in said cellular phone; andreceiving, demodulating and processing in said TV set a camera generated and a cellular base station transmitted and said cellular phone received, demodulated and processed camera signal, said processed camera signal is further processed in cascade into a processed second OFDM modulated wireless transmitted signal and said second OFDM modulated wireless transmitted signal is received, demodulated, and processed in said TV set into a second OFDM demodulated camera signal, said second OFDM demodulated camera signal is connected to an interface unit of said TV set for use by a user of said TV set. 9. The method of claim 8, wherein said received infrared (IR) signal, received from said cellular phone is processed into a remote control signal of said television set and said cellular phone transmits said IR signal under the control of a touch screen generated control signal. 10. The method of claim 8, wherein said processed IR signal is received from said cellular phone and is used for control of said television set (TV set) and a motion detection method generates a motion detector generated signal in said cellular phone, said motion detection method used for detecting motion of a user of said cellular phone, and for processing in a processor and transmitting in a transmitter of said cellular phone detected motion to said TV set for control of said TV set and further comprising method for generating and processing in said cellular phone a video signal into a processed baseband in-phase and a quadrature-phase video signal having the property of whenever the in-phase signal has its maximum amplitude, the quadrature-phase signal has zero value and when the in-phase signal has a local maximum the quadrature-phase signal has a local minimum and providing said in-phase and said quadrature-phase signal to a quadrature modulator for quadrature modulation, said quadrature modulator is in said mobile device. 11. The method of claim 8, further comprising step of receiving and processing a music signal in said cellular phone into a processed music signal said received music signal is transmitted by said TV set by a cable connection to said cellular phone, said processed music signal is processed in said cellular phone into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase music signal, said cross-correlated music signal is modulated and transmitted as a cross-correlated modulated music signal to a cellular base station. 12. The method of claim 8, further comprising step of receiving, demodulating and processing a received OFDM modulated wireless music signal in said cellular phone into a processed music signal said processed music signal is processed in said cellular phone into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase music signal, said cross-correlated music signal is modulated and transmitted as a cross-correlated modulated music signal to a cellular base station. 13. The method of claim 8, further comprising step of transmission and reception of a Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) modulated signal in a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) antenna system in said mobile device, said mobile device is a cellular phone, said cellular phone comprising method of processing and modulating a photo camera generated signal into a cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase quadrature modulated signal and into a processed non-quadrature polar modulated signal and, further comprising step of selecting said quadrature modulated or said non-quadrature modulated photo camera generated signal for transmission by said cellular phone and further comprising step of processing in cascade in said cellular phone said OFDM processed signal into a Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal and transmitting said CDMA signal in a cellular system. 14. A method for wireless and cable connection provided communication between a television set and a cellular phone comprising steps of: providing by a cable connection from a television (TV) set a received, demodulated and processed television (TV) signal to a cellular phone, said demodulated processed TV signal is provided by a cable from said TV set, to an interface unit of said cellular phone for use of said demodulated processed TV signal by a user of said cellular phone, said received TV signal is received in said TV set from a broadcast transmitter or from the internet;modulating and transmitting in said TV set said received demodulated processed TV signal into a first OFDM modulated wireless transmitted signal and transmitting said first OFDM modulated signal in a wireless transmitter of said TV set to said cellular phone for demodulating and processing of said first OFDM modulated transmitted signal in said cellular phone into a first OFDM demodulated and processed signal and for providing said first OFDM demodulated and processed signal to an interface unit of said cellular phone for use by a user of said cellular phone;receiving, demodulating and processing in said TV set a second Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) modulated wireless transmitted signal into a demodulated processed second OFDM signal for providing said processed second OFDM signal for use by a user of said TV set, said second OFDM modulated signal is received from said cellular phone, said second OFDM modulated signal is generated in said cellular phone or is obtained from a received, demodulated and cascade processed Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) modulated or a received demodulated and cascade processed third OFDM modulated signal, said CDMA modulated signal is received from a cellular base station transmitter and said third OFDM modulated signal is received from the internet, said first, said second and said third OFDM modulated signals are distinct OFDM modulated signals; andreceiving and processing in said TV set a received infrared (IR) signal, said received IR signal is received from said cellular phone, into a processed IR signal, said processed IR signal is used for remote control of said TV set, said IR signal is generated in said cellular phone. 15. The method of claim 14, said processed IR signal is received from said mobile device and is used for control of said television set (TV set) and a motion detection method in said mobile device, said motion detection method used for detecting motion of a user of said mobile device, and for processing in a processor and transmitting in a transmitter of said mobile device detected motion to said TV set for control of said TV set and further comprising method for generating and processing in said mobile device a video signal into a processed baseband in-phase and a quadrature-phase video signal having the property of whenever the in-phase signal has its maximum amplitude, the quadrature-phase signal has zero value and when the in-phase signal has a local maximum the quadrature-phase signal has a local minimum and providing said in-phase and said quadrature-phase signal to a quadrature modulator for quadrature modulation, said quadrature modulator is in said mobile device. 16. The method of claim 14, further comprising step of receiving and processing a music signal in said mobile device into a processed music signal said received music signal is transmitted by said TV set by a cable connection to said mobile device, said processed music signal is processed in said mobile device into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase music signal, said cross-correlated music signal is modulated and transmitted as a cross-correlated modulated music signal to a cellular base station. 17. The method of claim 14, further comprising step of receiving, demodulating and processing a received OFDM modulated wireless music signal in said mobile device into a processed music signal said processed music signal is processed in said mobile device into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase music signal, said cross-correlated music signal is modulated and transmitted as a cross-correlated modulated music signal to a cellular base station, mobile device is a cellular phone. 18. The method of claim 14, further comprising step of transmission and reception of a Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) modulated signal in a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) antenna system in said cellular phone, said cellular phone comprising method of processing and modulating a photo camera generated signal into a cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase quadrature modulated TDMA signal and into a processed non-quadrature polar modulated TDMA signal and, further comprising step of selecting said quadrature modulated or said non-quadrature modulated photo camera generated signal for transmission by said cellular phone and further comprising step of processing in cascade in said cellular phone said demodulated and processed television (TV) signal into a cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature phase Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal and transmitting said CDMA signal in a cellular system.
