The slave communication apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the information generated by the information generation section involves information concerning a communication speed predicted in a case that the slave communication apparatus connects to the base stations to which the slave communication apparatus can connect. 5. The master communication apparatus according to claim 4, wherein if the communication speed with the base station to which the slave communication apparatus should connect is smaller than a first threshold value, the handoff section determines that another base station with a predicted communication speed equal to or greater than a second threshold value is the base station to which the slave communication apparatus should connect. 6. The slave communication apparatus according to claim 4, wherein if the communication speed with the base station to which the communication apparatus should connect is smaller than a first threshold value, the determination section determines that another base station with a predicted communication speed equal to or greater than a second threshold value is the base station to which the slave communication apparatus should connect.
