The image display device according to claim 1, wherein the first diffraction grating or/and the second diffraction grating have a combination of a plural types of interference fringes. 5. The image display device according to claim 1, wherein the first diffraction grating or/and the second diffraction grating have some layers stacked together each having an interference fringe. 6. The image display device according to claim 1, wherein the area of the second diffraction grating is larger than the area of the first diffraction grating. 7. The image display device according to claim 1, wherein interference fringes of the first and the second diffraction grating are recorded with same pitch. 8. A head mounted display system comprising: a image display element,a collimating optical system,a optical waveguide, anda first diffraction grating and a second diffraction grating provided on the optical waveguide,wherein, the collimating optical system receives an incident light from each pixel of the image display element and forms light groups different from each other in field angle, andthe light groups projected from the collimating optical system and different from each other in field angle are incident upon the optical waveguide.
