An array of the integrated composition shingle PV systems according to claim 1, wherein the front flashing of a first of the systems defines an open region and the rear edge of a second of the systems comprises a complementary extension whereby the complementary extension of the second of the systems can be received within the open region of the first of the systems. 6. An array of the integrated composition shingle PV systems according to claim 1, wherein the left side flashing of a first of the systems is interengageable with the right side flashing of a second of the systems. 7. The system according to claim 1, wherein the carrier comprises flexibility means for accommodating support surface irregularities. 8.
