The method of claim 4, wherein the resin comprises polybenzoxazine. 6. The method of claim 4, wherein the resin comprises phenolic resin. 7. The method of claim 4, wherein the two or more fiber sheets comprise non-woven poly p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole fibers. 8. The method of claim 4, wherein the adhesive comprises polybenzoxazine. 9. The method of claim 4, wherein the adhesive comprises an epoxy adhesive.
