The system of claim 37, wherein the means for evaluating at least one biological tissue for one or more indicators include means for evaluating at least one of an assay, image, or gross assessment of the at least one biological tissue prior to, during, or subsequent to at least one administration of the one or more frozen particle compositions. 39. The system of claim 46, wherein the evaluating at least one biological tissue for one or more indicators includes evaluating at least one of an assay, image, or gross assessment of the at least one biological tissue prior to, during, or subsequent to at least one administration of one or more frozen particle compositions. 48.
