The method of claim 2, wherein the antioxidant comprises ascorbic acid, alpha tocopherol or gamma tocopherol. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein filling at least a portion of the receptacle includes filling the chamber. 6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further includes coating a second surface-active material with a second reducing agent to form a second composition and filling the inlet or the outlet with the second composition. 7. The method of claim 6, wherein the first reducing agent and the second reducing agent are both antioxidants. 8. The method of claim 6, wherein the first reducing agent and the second reducing agent are the same reducing agent. 9. The method of claim 1, wherein filling at least a portion of the receptacle with the composition includes packing at least a portion of the receptacle with the composition. 10. The method of claim 1, wherein coating a surface-active material with a reducing agent to form a composition includes soaking the surface-active material in a solution including the reducing agent. 11. The method of claim 10, wherein coating a surface-active material with a reducing agent to form a composition further includes drying the surface-active material soaked with a solution including the reducing agent.
