There is provided an aluminum alloy brazing sheet having an improved brazability than in the related art while keeping the post-braze strength, workability, corrosion resistance, and the like at respective prescribed or higher levels. An aluminum alloy brazing sheet has a two-layered structure in which on one side of a core material, a brazing material is provided.
