The water supply valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the second fixed disk (140), which introduces the mix of the cold and hot water into the valve cartridge through the water passage hole after mixing the inlet cold water with the inlet hot water, is placed to overlap the first rotary disk (130), with the water passage hole (141) formed through the second fixed disk at a predetermined position within a rotational angular range of a temperature control hole (131) of the first rotary disk (130), and the pair of water discharge holes (142) formed through the second fixed disk at a position aligned with the water discharge hole (132) of the first rotary disk(130). 5. The water supply valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the first rotary disk (130) is a temperature control rotary disk, and the second rotary disk (150) is a flow rate control rotary disk. 6. The water supply valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the first rotary disk (130), which rotates relative to the first fixed disk (120) and controls the temperature of water according to the amount of cold water and hot water to be mixed together, is in surface contact with the first fixed disk (120) and has a temperature control hole (131) to control the opening ratio of the hot and cold water inlet holes (121 and 122) of the first fixed disk (120) during rotation of the first rotary disk, with the water discharge hole (132) formed through the first rotary disk at a position aligned with the water discharge hole (123) of the first fixed disk (120). 7. The water supply valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the temperature control unit (170) is concentrically fitted over the flow rate control unit (160), with a stop bushing (180) being fitted into a cartridge housing (190) and separating the temperature control unit (170) from the flow rate control unit (160), and the first rotary disk (130) being fitted into the temperature control unit (170). 10. The water supply valve cartridge according to claim 1, further comprising a stop bushing (180), wherein the stop bushing (180) comprises: a first locking protrusion (181) formed on an outer circumferential surface of the stop bushing to engage with a stop protrusion (191) formed on an inner circumferential surface of a cartridge housing (190), thus being prevented from rotating relative to the cartridge housing (190); a second locking protrusion (182) formed on an engaging a first locking recession (145) of the second fixed disk (140); and a guide groove (183) formed on a second end of the stop brushing (180) opposed to the locking protrusions (181 and 182) and guiding a stopper (162) of the flow rate control unit (160).
