The composition of claim 1, further comprising vitamin E. 3. The composition of claim 1, further comprising 3-1000 IU vitamin E. 4. The composition of claim 1, further comprising CoQ-10, soy isoflavones, taurine, sugar beet pectin fiber, or a ginko biloba extract. 5. The composition of claim 4, wherein said composition comprises 10-400 mg CoQ-10, 20-600 mg soy isoflavones, 10-1000 mg taurine, 1-15 g sugar beet pectin fiber, and 50-500 mg ginko biloba extract. 6. The composition of claim 1, wherein the drink or food product is selected from tea, soft drinks, juice, milk, coffee, cookies, cereals, chocolates, or snack bars. 7. A method of enhancing recovery in a subject after exercise comprising administering the composition according to claim 1 to the subject. 8. The method of claim 7, wherein the composition is administered prior to the exercise. 9. A method of improving endurance in a subject during exercise comprising administering the composition according to claim 1 to the subject. 10. The method of claim 9, wherein the composition is administered prior to the exercise. 11. A method of increasing reticulocyte levels in a subject comprising administering the composition according to claim 1 to the subject.
