The sharps receiver (1815) receives sharps. The sharps receiver (1815) includes a sharps receiver body (1823) that defines a sharps region (1827C). The waste receiver (1812) receives one of fluid pharmaceutical waste and solid pharmaceutical waste. The waste receiver (1812) includes a waste receiver body (1819) that defines a waste region (1827A) that is independent of the sharps region (1827C). The receiver retainer (1816) receives the sharps receiver (1815) and the waste receiver (1812). The sharps receiver body (1823) and the waste receiver body (1819) are positioned substantially adjacent to one another within the receiver retainer (1816). The sharps receiver (1815) and the waste receiver (1812) are integrally formed as a unitary structure. Additionally, the sharps receiver (1815) and the waste receiver (1812) can be inserted into and/or removed from the receiver retainer (1816) together as an integrated unit.

The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 1 wherein the sharps waste guide includes a one-way mail slot-type guide. 3. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 1 wherein the fluid waste guide includes a standard funnel-type device, and wherein the solid waste guide includes a series of diverters. 4. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 1 wherein the sharps receiver, the fluid waste receiver and the solid waste receiver are integrally formed as a unitary structure. 5. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 1 further comprising a receiver retainer that retains the receiver assembly. 6. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 5 wherein the receiver retainer includes a retainer lid, and wherein at least one of the fluid waste guide and the solid waste guide extends through the retainer lid. 7. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 5 wherein the receiver retainer includes a retainer side wall, and wherein at least one of the fluid waste guide and the solid waste guide extends through the retainer side wall. 8. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 1 wherein the fluid receiver body and the solid receiver body are stacked vertically relative to one another. 9. A pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly for disposing of sharps, fluid pharmaceutical waste and solid pharmaceutical waste, the pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly comprising: a receiver assembly including (i) a sharps receiver that receives sharps, the sharps receiver including a sharps receiver body that defines a sharps region, (ii) a fluid waste receiver that receives fluid pharmaceutical waste, the fluid waste receiver including a fluid receiver body that defines a fluid waste region that is independent of the sharps region, and (iii) a solid waste receiver that receives solid pharmaceutical waste, the solid waste receiver including a solid receiver body that defines a solid waste region that is independent of the sharps region and the fluid waste region;a sharps waste guide that guides the sharps into the sharps receiver, the sharps waste guide having a first guide type;a fluid waste guide that guides the fluid pharmaceutical waste into the fluid waste receiver, the fluid waste guide having a second guide type; anda solid waste guide that guides the solid pharmaceutical waste into the solid waste receiver, the solid waste guide having a third guide type, the first guide type being different than at least one of the second guide type and the third guide type. 10. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 9 wherein the sharps waste guide includes a one-way mail slot-type guide. 11. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 9 wherein at least one of the fluid waste guide and the solid waste guide includes a funnel-type device. 12. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 9 wherein the sharps receiver, the fluid waste receiver and the solid waste receiver are integrally formed as a unitary structure. 13. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 9 further comprising a receiver retainer that receives the sharps receiver, the fluid waste receiver and the solid waste receiver, the sharps receiver body, the fluid receiver body and the solid receiver body being positioned substantially adjacent to one another within the receiver retainer, wherein the sharps receiver, the fluid waste receiver and the solid waste receiver can be removably inserted into the retainer receiver together as an integrated unit. 14. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 9 wherein the fluid receiver body and the solid receiver body are stacked vertically relative to one another. 15. A pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly for disposing of sharps, fluid pharmaceutical waste and solid pharmaceutical waste, the pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly comprising: a receiver assembly including (i) a sharps receiver that receives sharps, the sharps receiver including a sharps receiver body that defines a sharps region, (ii) a fluid waste receiver that receives fluid pharmaceutical waste, the fluid waste receiver including a fluid receiver body that defines a fluid waste region that is independent of the sharps region, and (iii) a solid waste receiver that receives solid pharmaceutical waste, the solid waste receiver including a solid receiver body that defines a solid waste region that is independent of the sharps region and the fluid waste region;a receiver retainer that retains the receiver assembly, the receiver retainer including a first retainer surface having (i) a sharps surface a aperture that provides access to the sharps receiver body, (ii) a fluid surface aperture that provides access to the fluid receiver body, and (iii) a solid surface aperture that provides access to the solid receiver body; andwherein at least two of the fluid receiver body, the solid receiver body and the sharps receiver body are stacked vertically relative to one another. 16. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 15 wherein the solid receiver body is positioned substantially directly above the fluid receiver body. 17. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 15 wherein the fluid receiver body is positioned substantially directly above the solid receiver body. 18. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 15 further comprising a sharps waste guide that guides the sharps into the sharps receiver, the sharps waste guide including a one-way mail slot-type guide; a fluid waste guide that guides the fluid pharmaceutical waste into the fluid waste receiver; and a solid waste guide that guides the solid pharmaceutical waste into the solid waste receiver, wherein at least one of the fluid waste guide and the solid waste guide includes a funnel-type device. 19. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 15 wherein the sharps receiver body, the fluid receiver body and the solid receiver body are positioned substantially adjacent to one another within the receiver retainer, and wherein the sharps receiver, the fluid waste receiver and the solid waste receiver can be removably inserted into the retainer receiver together as an integrated unit. 20. The pharmaceutical waste disposal assembly of claim 15 wherein the first retainer surface is a retainer lid, wherein the sharps surface aperture is a sharps lid aperture that provides access to the sharps receiver body, wherein the fluid surface aperture is a fluid lid aperture that provides access to the fluid receiver body, and wherein the solid surface aperture is a solid lid aperture that provides access to the solid receiver body.
