A system comprising: a first receiver of a transceiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a satellite transmitted television (TV) signal into a demodulated processed baseband TV signal, said transceiver is a ship or other water based communication device;a processor and a first modulator for processing and modulating said processed baseband TV signal into a processed first Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), or Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) or Orthogonal Division Multiple Access (OFDM) modulated TV signal;a first transmitter of said transceiver for wirelessly transmitting said modulated TV signal to a mobile unit, said mobile unit is a cellular-phone or a device operated in a cellular ground based system;a second receiver of said transceiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a second TDMA, or CDMA or OFDM modulated signal into a second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal, said second TDMA, or CDMA or OFDM modulated signal is received from said mobile unit;a second modulator and a second transmitter of said transceiver for modulating and transmitting said second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal to a satellite system;receiver in said transceiver for receiving from said mobile unit a control signal for control of said transceivers signal transmission and reception to and from said mobile unit, said control signal is generated in said mobile unit;a transmitter for transmitting from said transceiver to said mobile unit a said transceiver generated control signal for controlling the selection of received, demodulated and processed signals of said mobile unit from said transceiver or from a ground base transmitter;a processor, modulator, demodulator, transmitter and a receiver in said transceiver for interactive communication between said mobile unit and said transceiver;a receiver, demodulator and processor for receiving from said mobile unit a camera generated signal combined with a GPS location finder generated modulated signal, receiving, demodulating and processing said camera generated signal combined with said GPS location finder generated modulated into a demodulated processed camera generated signal combined with a processed GPS location finder signal and in cascade processing, modulating and transmitting to a satellite said demodulated processed camera generated signal combined with said processed GPS location finder signal;a first cross-correlator and a first quadrature baseband processor, in said mobile unit, for cross-correlating said second TDMA voice signal into a cross-correlated TDMA voice signal; anda second cross-correlator and a second quadrature baseband processor, in said mobile unit, for cross-correlating said second CDMA voice signal into a cross-correlated CDMA voice signal and modulating and transmitting said cross-correlated TDMA or CDMA signal to said transceiver. 3. A system comprising: a first receiver of a transceiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a satellite transmitted signal into a demodulated processed first voice signal and processed first data signal, said transceiver is on a ship;a processor and a modulator for processing and modulating said processed first voice signal into a processed first Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), or a processed first Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) modulated voice signal;a first transmitter of said transceiver for wirelessly transmitting said TDMA or CDMA modulated first voice signal to a mobile unit;a processor and a modulator of said transceiver for processing and modulating said processed first data signal into a processed first Orthogonal Division Multiple Access (OFDM) modulated data signal;a second transmitter of said transceiver for wirelessly transmitting said OFDM modulated first data signal to said mobile unit;a second receiver of said transceiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a second TDMA or CDMA modulated voice signal into a second processed TDMA or CDMA voice signal, said second TDMA or CDMA modulated voice signal is received from said mobile unit;a modulator and a transmitter of said transceiver for modulating and transmitting said second processed TDMA or CDMA voice signal to a satellite system;a third receiver of said transceiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a second OFDM modulated data signal into a second processed OFDM signal, said second OFDM modulated data signal is received from said mobile unit;a modulator and a transmitter of said transceiver for modulating and transmitting said second processed OFDM data signal to a satellite system;a receiver, demodulator and processor, in said transceiver, for receiving, demodulating and processing, from said mobile unit, a camera generated signal combined with a GPS location finder generated modulated signal, into a demodulated processed camera generated signal combined with a processed GPS location finder signal and in cascade processing, modulating and transmitting to a satellite said demodulated processed camera generated signal combined with said processed GPS location finder signal;a first cross-correlator and a first quadrature baseband processor, in said mobile unit, for cross-correlating said first TDMA voice signal into a cross-correlated TDMA voice signal; anda second quadrature baseband processor, in said mobile unit, for cross-correlating said second CDMA voice signal into a cross-correlated CDMA voice signal and modulating and transmitting said cross-correlated TDMA or CDMA signal to said transceiver. 4. A system comprising: a first receiver of a transceiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a satellite transmitted signal into a demodulated processed first voice signal and processed first data signal, said transceiver is on a ship;a processor and a modulator for processing and modulating said processed first voice signal into a processed first Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), or a processed first Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) modulated voice signal;a first transmitter of said transceiver for wirelessly transmitting said TDMA or CDMA modulated first voice signal to a mobile unit;a processor and a modulator of said transceiver for processing and modulating said processed first data signal into a processed first OFDM modulated data signal;a second transmitter of said transceiver for wirelessly transmitting said OFDM modulated first data signal to said mobile unit;a second receiver of said transceiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a second TDMA or CDMA modulated voice signal into a second processed TDMA or CDMA voice signal, said second TDMA or CDMA modulated voice signal is received from said mobile unit;a modulator and a transmitter of said transceiver for modulating and transmitting said second processed TDMA or CDMA voice signal to a satellite system;a third receiver of said transceiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a second OFDM modulated data signal into a second processed OFDM signal, said second OFDM modulated data signal is received from said mobile unit;a modulator and a transmitter of said transceiver for modulating and transmitting said second processed OFDM data signal to a satellite system;a receiver, demodulator and processor, in said transceiver, for receiving demodulating and processing a received modulated signal into a received, demodulated and processed data signal and providing said processed data signal to said transceiver for processing, modulating and transmitting said processed data signal into a processed and modulated OFDM signal, said processed data signal comprises cascade operation in a sequence of multimode receiving, demodulating processing and modulating received modulated signal; anda generator for generating in said mobile unit a video signal and connecting said video signal by a wired connection to a television (TV) set, said mobile unit is a cellular phone. 5. A system comprising: a first receiver of a transceiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a satellite transmitted signal into a demodulated processed first voice signal and processed first data signal said transceiver is on a ship;a processor and a modulator for processing and modulating said processed first voice signal into a processed first Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), or processed first Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) modulated voice signal;a first transmitter of said transceiver for wirelessly transmitting said TDMA or CDMA modulated first voice signal to a mobile unit;a processor and a modulator of said transceiver for processing and modulating said processed first data signal into a processed first Orthogonal Division Multiple Access (OFDM) modulated data signal;a second transmitter of said transceiver for wirelessly transmitting said OFDM modulated first data signal to said mobile unit;a second receiver of said transceiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a combined processed second voice signal with a processed GPS location finding TDMA or CDMA modulated signal into a combined second processed TDMA or CDMA voice and GPS signal, said second combined TDMA or CDMA modulated voice and GPS signal is received from said mobile unit;a modulator and a third transmitter of said transceiver for modulating and transmitting said second processed combined TDMA or CDMA voice and GPS signal to a satellite system;a generator for generating, processing and modulating a baseband video signal in said mobile unit into an in-phase and quadrature-phase processed cross-correlated signal and quadrature modulating said cross-correlated video signal in a quadrature modulator;a processor for processing said baseband video signal into a processed non-quadrature baseband signal and non-quadrature modulating in a polar non-quadrature modulator said processed non-quadrature baseband signal;a generator for generating in said mobile unit a fingerprint authentication signal for authorized use of said mobile unit and generating and processing in said mobile unit a touch screen generated control signal for selection of said quadrature modulated or non-quadrature modulated video signal; anda receiver for receiving, demodulating and processing, in said transceiver, said quadrature modulated or said non-quadrature modulated video signal and cascade processing said demodulated and processed quadrature modulated or non-quadrature modulated video signal into a serial cascade processed signal and providing said serial cascade processed signal to a modulator and transmitter for transmission to a satellite. 6. The system of claim 1, further comprising in said mobile unit a processor for processing a fingerprint generated signal into a processed fingerprint signal, wherein said processed fingerprint signal is used for authentication of said mobile unit and a processor for processing a smoke detector generated signal into a processed smoke detector generated signal, wherein said smoke detector is within said mobile unit and further comprising a processor for processing a motion detector generated signal into a processed motion detector generated signal, wherein said motion detector is within said mobile unit and said motion detector generated signal is used for interactive communication between said mobile unit and said transceiver, further comprising a connection to the internet of said second OFDM modulated signal and further comprising a wired connection from said mobile unit to transceiver, and further comprising a non-quadrature polar modulator for non-quadrature modulation of said second processed TDMA or CDMA signal and a quadrature baseband processor for processing said second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal into a quadrature processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature phase second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal and a quadrature modulator for quadrature modulating said cross-correlated signal, wherein said processed cross-correlated signal comprises a video signal, generated by said mobile unit. 7. The system of claim 1, further comprising in said mobile unit, a processor for receiving and processing wire connected input signals, received from one or more electrodes, said electrodes located in a heart, into heart generated processed signals, wherein said wire connected input signals are processed in said mobile unit into heart generated processed signals and further comprising steps of receiving and processing a data signal and for providing a processed infrared (IR) data signal to an IR signal transmitter for transmission of said processed IR signal and further comprising steps of receiving and processing a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) unit provided signal in a MRI processor into a processed MRI signal, wherein said MRI processor is within said mobile unit and further comprising a modulator and wireless transmitter for modulation and transmission of said processed MRI signal and a control signal generator in said mobile unit for interactive control of said transceiver operation and control of selection of said mobile unit connection to a satellite based system or to a cellular ground based system and said control signal is for touch screen controlled interactive web browsing and internet communications. 8. The system of claim 1, further comprising, in said mobile unit, a connection to the internet of said second OFDM modulated signal and further comprising a processor for processing a voice signal for non-quadrature modulation of said processed voice signal and further comprising a processor for processing a body temperature sensor generated signal into a processed body temperature signal, wherein said body temperature sensor is within said mobile unit and further comprising a connection for providing a control signal from a wire to said cellular phone and further comprising a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) system having two or more antennas for reception and transmission of a video signal further comprising a processor for receiving and processing a received Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) signal into a processed RFID baseband signal and a processor, comprising a Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) processor and a transmit baseband filter, for providing a processed video TDMA cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase filtered baseband signal from an input data signal and a fingerprint authentication processor for fingerprint controlled authentication of said cellular phone and further comprising, wherein said processed OFDM signal is used in a fourth generation (4G) wireless system and said processed CDMA signal is used in a third generation (3G) wireless system and said method further comprises a second generation (2G) wireless system specified received Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) signal, wherein said received TDMA signal is demodulated and processed into a cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband signal, and said method comprises a fingerprint authenticated receiver and a transmitter for transmission of video signals and said motion detector generated processed signals are used for remote control of three dimensional (3D) images and said method comprises a remote control unit for remote control of a television (TV) set and a voice recognition system and a Software Defined Radio (SDR). 9. The system of claim 2, further comprising in said mobile unit a processor and interface unit for providing a wireless connected and a cable connected communication between a television (TV) set and said mobile unit, comprising receiving and processing in a receiver of said TV set a signal transmitted by said mobile unit, said mobile unit transmitted signal is a modulated OFDM wireless signal and an infrared (IR) signal, said modulated OFDM wireless signal and an infrared (IR) signal is connected and processed in said TV set into a processed OFDM signal and a processed IR signal for providing said first processed cable connected said subscriber unit generated signal and further comprising step of processing and transmitting in said mobile unit a video signal generated in said mobile unit and connecting said mobile unit generated signal by a cable connection to said TV set, wherein said mobile unit is a mobile device operated in a third generation (3G) cellular system and transmits cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase quadrature modulated CDMA signals and further said mobile unit comprises a generator for generating and processing a camera generated signal into a processed camera generated signal and for providing method for non-quadrature modulating said camera generated signal into a non-quadrature modulated TDMA signal and said mobile unit comprises a processor for processing a touch screen generated signal into a touch screen generated processed control signal, said touch screen generated processed control signal is used for selection for transmission of said quadrature modulated CDMA or of said non-quadrature modulated TDMA signal and said mobile unit comprises a method for fingerprint authentication of said mobile unit, said mobile unit is a cellular phone and said cellular phone receives demodulates, processes and selects location finding signals from a GPS satellite and from an other than GPS satellite and provides the selected demodulated processed GPS satellite or other than GPS satellite demodulated location finder signal to an interface unit of said cellular phone, for user of said cellular phone. 10. The system of claim 3, further comprising in said mobile unit a processor for processing a fingerprint generated signal into a processed fingerprint signal, wherein said processed fingerprint signal is used for authentication of said mobile unit and a processor for processing a smoke detector generated signal into a processed smoke detector generated signal, wherein said smoke detector is within said mobile unit and further comprising a processor for processing a motion detector generated signal into a processed motion detector generated signal, wherein said motion detector is within said mobile unit and said motion detector generated signal is used for interactive communication between said mobile unit and said transceiver, further comprising a connection to the internet of said second OFDM modulated signal and further comprising a wired connection from said mobile unit to transceiver, and further comprising a non-quadrature polar modulator for non-quadrature modulation of said second processed TDMA or CDMA signal and a quadrature baseband processor for processing said second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal into a quadrature processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature phase second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal and a quadrature modulator for quadrature modulating said cross-correlated signal, wherein said processed cross-correlated signal comprises a video signal, generated by said mobile unit. 11. The system of claim 4, further comprising a generator and a processor for generating, processing and modulating a baseband video signal in said mobile unit into an in-phase and quadrature-phase processed cross-correlated signal and quadrature modulating said cross-correlated video signal in a quadrature modulator and processing said baseband video signal into a processed non-quadrature baseband signal and non-quadrature modulating in a polar non-quadrature modulator said processed non-quadrature baseband signal and generating in said mobile unit a fingerprint authentication signal for authorized use of said mobile unit and generating and processing in said mobile unit a touch screen generated control signal for selection of said quadrature modulated or non-quadrature modulated video signal and further comprising a receiver for receiving and processing in a receiver of a television (TV) set a signal transmitted by said mobile unit, said mobile unit transmitted signal is a modulated OFDM wireless signal and an infrared (IR) signal, said modulated OFDM wireless signal and an infrared (IR) signal is connected and processed in said TV set into a processed OFDM signal and a processed IR signal for providing said first processed cable connected said mobile unit generated signal and further comprising step of processing and transmitting in said mobile unit a video signal generated in said mobile unit and connecting said mobile unit generated signal by a cable connection to said TV set, wherein said mobile unit is a mobile device operated in a third generation (3G) cellular system and transmits cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase quadrature modulated CDMA signals and further said mobile unit comprises a method for generating and processing a camera generated signal into a processed camera generated signal and for providing method for non-quadrature modulating said camera generated signal into a non-quadrature modulated TDMA signal and said mobile unit comprises a processor for processing a touch screen generated signal into a touch screen generated processed control signal, said touch screen generated processed control signal is used for selection for transmission of said quadrature modulated CDMA or of said non-quadrature modulated TDMA signal and said subscriber comprises a method for fingerprint authentication of said mobile unit, said mobile unit is a cellular phone. 12. The system of claim 5, further comprising in said mobile unit a processor for processing a fingerprint generated signal into a processed fingerprint signal, wherein said processed fingerprint signal is used for authentication of said mobile unit and a processor for processing a smoke detector generated signal into a processed smoke detector generated signal, wherein said smoke detector is within said mobile unit and further comprising a processor for processing a motion detector generated signal into a processed motion detector generated signal, wherein said motion detector is within said mobile unit and said motion detector generated signal is used for interactive communication between said mobile unit and said transceiver, further comprising a connection to the internet of said second OFDM modulated signal and further comprising a wired connection from said mobile unit to transceiver, and further comprising a non-quadrature polar modulator for non-quadrature modulation of said second processed TDMA or CDMA signal and a quadrature baseband processor for processing said second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal into a quadrature processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature phase second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal and a quadrature modulator for quadrature modulating said cross-correlated signal, wherein said processed cross-correlated signal comprises a video signal, generated by said mobile unit. 13. A communication method for: receiving, demodulating and processing in a transceiver a satellite transmitted television (TV) signal into a demodulated processed baseband TV signal, said transceiver is located in an airplane or a ship;processing and modulating in a processor and a first modulator said processed baseband TV signal into a processed first Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), or Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) or Orthogonal Division Multiple Access (OFDM) modulated TV signal;wirelessly transmitting in a first transmitter of said transceiver said modulated TV signal to a mobile unit;receiving, demodulating and processing a second TDMA, or CDMA or OFDM modulated signal, in a second receiver of said transceiver, into a second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal, said second TDMA, or CDMA or OFDM modulated signal is received from said mobile unit;modulating and transmitting in a second modulator and a second transmitter of said transceiver said second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal to a satellite system;connecting said second OFDM modulated signal to the internet;receiving in a receiver of said transceiver location finder information signals, said location finder information signals are received from a cellular system and from a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite system and from a non GPS satellite system;connecting a control signal provided by a wire to said mobile unit, for control of operation of said mobile unit;transmission and reception of signals in a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) system in said mobile unit; andreceiving and processing a received Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) signal into a processed RFID baseband signal in said mobile unit. 14. The method of claim 13, further comprising in said mobile unit a method for processing a fingerprint generated signal into a processed fingerprint signal, wherein said processed fingerprint signal is used for authentication of said mobile unit and a method for processing a smoke detector generated signal into a processed smoke detector generated signal, wherein said smoke detector is within said mobile unit and further comprising a method for processing a motion detector generated signal into a processed motion detector generated signal, wherein said motion detector is within said mobile unit and said motion detector generated signal is used for interactive communication between said mobile unit and said transceiver, further comprising a method for connecting to the internet of said second OFDM modulated signal and further comprising a method for providing a wired connection from said mobile unit to said transceiver, and further comprising a non-quadrature polar modulator for non-quadrature modulation of said second processed TDMA or CDMA signal and a quadrature baseband processor for processing said second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal into a quadrature processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature phase second processed TDMA or CDMA or OFDM signal and a quadrature modulator for quadrature modulating said cross-correlated signal, wherein said processed cross-correlated signal comprises a video signal, generated by said mobile unit. 15. The method of claim 13, further comprising a method, in said mobile unit, for receiving and processing wire connected input signals, received from one or more electrodes, said electrodes located in a heart, into heart generated processed signals, wherein said wire connected input signals are processed in said mobile unit into heart generated processed signals. 16. The method of claim 13, further comprising a method, in said mobile unit, for receiving and processing wire connected input signals, received from one or more electrodes, said electrodes located in a heart, into heart generated processed signals, wherein said wire connected input signals are processed in said mobile unit into heart generated processed signals and further comprising steps of receiving and processing a data signal and for providing a processed infrared (IR) data signal to an IR signal transmitter for transmission of said processed IR signal and further comprising steps of receiving and processing a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) unit provided signal in a MRI processor into a processed MRI signal, wherein said MRI processor is within said mobile unit and further comprising a modulator and wireless transmitter for modulation and transmission of said processed MRI signal and a control signal generator in said mobile unit for interactive control of said transceiver operation and control of selection of said mobile unit connection to a satellite based system or to a cellular ground based system and said control signal is for touch screen controlled interactive web browsing and internet communications.
