1. A brassiere comprising: two breast supporting portions connected by a fabric bridge and a thorax encircling band united with said fabric bridge; anda knitted plated panel disposed below the breast supporting portions, said plated panel including a base portion, moisture transmitting fibers plated on an inside of said base portion and friction-reducing fibers plated on an outside of said base portion, wherein said plated panel causes perspiration from the wearer's skin to move to said moisture transmitting fibers and from said moisture transmitting fibers to said friction-reducing fibers, whereinsaid base portion is comprised of an elastic fiber, said friction-reducing fibers are nylon, andsaid moisture transmitting fibers are selected from the group consisting of cotton, polyester, viscose and wool;thereby providing a brassiere that reduces perspiration on the wearer's skin. 2. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said brassiere comprises a seamless circular knit tube. 3. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said plated panel is sewn into said brassiere. 4. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said moisture transmitting fibers comprise at least one of antibacterial fibers, antifungal fibers, and bacteriostatic fibers. 5. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said moisture transmitting fibers have a different denier per filament than said friction-reducing fibers. 6. The brassiere of claim 5, wherein said moisture transmitting fibers have a greater denier per filament than said friction-reducing fibers. 7. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said elastic fiber is spandex. 8. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said plated panel is further disposed in the breast supporting portions. 9. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said plated panel is further disposed in the thorax-encircling band. 10. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said plated panel is further disposed in the fabric bridge. 11. The brassiere of claim 4, wherein said moisture transmitting fibers are antibacterial fibers. 12. The brassiere of claim 4, wherein said moisture transmitting fibers are antifungal fibers. 13. The brassiere of claim 4, wherein said moisture transmitting fibers are bacteriostatic fibers. 14. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said moisture transmitting fibers are chemically treated to be antibacterial. 15. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said moisture transmitting fibers are chemically treated to be antifungal. 16. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said moisture transmitting fibers are chemically treated to be bacteriostatic. 17. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein said moisture transmitting fibers comprise fibers which are chemically treated to be at least one of antibacterial, antifungal, and bacteriostatic. 18. The brassiere of claim 1, further comprising at least one strap. 19. The brassiere of claim 18, wherein said plated panel is further disposed in said at least one strap. 20. The brassiere of claim 1, further comprising a pair of straps. 21. The brassiere of claim 20, wherein said plated panel is further disposed in both of said straps. 22. The brassiere of claim 1, wherein at least one of said moisture transmitting fibers, said friction-reducing fibers, and said elastic fiber is yarn.
