The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said arm has a break therein between said cavity and said second end to define a first section including said first end and a second section including said second end, said first and second sections being hingedly coupled together, a locking member being mounted on said arm to releasably lock said first and second sections together in a deployed configuration. 4.
