1. A three-dimensional life-size model of a child's skull, comprising a frontal part,a parietal part andan occipital part, at least two of which parts are separable from each other, anda base part on which said frontal part, said parietal part and occipital part are configured to be selectively disposed, wherein said model is sterilizable. 2. The three-dimensional model according to claim 1, characterized in that at least two parts selected from among said frontal part, parietal part and occipital part are connected to each other. 3. The three-dimensional model according to claim 1, characterized in that said parietal part and said occipital part are connected to form a parietal and occipital module. 4. The three-dimensional model according to claim 1, wherein said model represents an average child's skull, with the average being related to a population of children in the age group from 12 to 20 weeks, with a normal distribution. 5. The three-dimensional model according to claim 4, wherein said model represents an average child's skull with respect to one or several of the features selected from the group consisting of the horizontal curvature of the forehead, the vertical curvature of the forehead, the width of the forehead, the fronto-nasal angle, the fronto-occipital diameter, the biparietal diameter and the horizontal radius of curvature of the occipital module. 6. The three-dimensional model according to claim 1, wherein said model represents an average child's skull, with the average being related to a population of children in the age group from 24 to 32 weeks, with a normal distribution. 7. The three-dimensional model according to claim 1, characterized in that, with respect to one or several of the features selected from the group consisting of the horizontal curvature of the forehead, vertical curvature of the forehead, the width of the forehead, the frontonasal angle, the fronto-occipital diameter, the biparietal diameter and the horizontal radius of curvature of the occipital module, it is located on a percentile curve representing ≦10%, relative to a normal distribution within a population of children in the age group from 0 to 1 year. 8. The three-dimensional model according to claim 7, characterized in that it is located on a percentile curve representing 3%≦x %≦10% relative to a normal distribution within a population of children in the age group from 0 to 1 year. 9. The three-dimensional life-size model of a child's skull according to claim 7, characterized in that it is located on a respective percentile curve representing the age group of children of 12 to 20 weeks. 10. The three-dimensional life-size model of a child's skull according to claim 7, characterized in that it is located on a respective percentile curve representing the age group of children of 24 to 32 weeks. 11. The three-dimensional model according to claim 1, characterized in that, with respect to one or several of the features selected from the group consisting of including the horizontal curvature of the forehead, the vertical curvature of the forehead, the width of the forehead, the fronto-nasal angle, the fronto-occipital diameter, the biparietal diameter, the horizontal radius of curvature of the occipital module, it is located on a percentile curve representing 10%
