A casing comprises substantially symmetrical first and second divided casings. A second blower unit is provided at a joined region of the first divided casing and the second divided casing. Air is supplied from a first blower unit into the casing, and then, the air cooled by an evaporator and the air heated by a heater core are mixed and supplied to front seats in the vehicle. Air supplied from the second blower unit into the casing is directed toward the front seats and adjusted at a given temperature by a second cooling section of the evaporator and a second heating section of the heater core, and thereafter, supplied to rear seats in the vehicle from a third rear passage which extends so as to surround a first rear passage.

1. A vehicular air conditioning apparatus including a casing having a plurality of passages through which air flows, and a heat exchanger disposed inside the casing for performing heat exchange on the air, the vehicular air conditioning apparatus comprising: a first blower arranged in a transverse direction of a vehicle with respect to the casing and connected to the casing via a first duct;a second blower arranged in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle with respect to the casing and connected to the casing via a second duct; anda blowing passage for rear-side seats connected to a downstream side of the heat exchanger, the blowing passage formed at the casing for supplying the air supplied from the second blower, to rear-side seats in the vehicle, wherein the second duct and the blowing passage for rear-side seats are not communicated with each other, and are arranged so as to intersect with each other, as viewed in the transverse direction of the vehicle such that the second duct is inside the casing with the blowing passage around the outside surface of the second duct; andwherein the blowing passage is branched in a forked manner in the transverse direction of the vehicle, at an intersecting region between the blowing passage and the second duct so that the blowing passage surrounds the second duct, and the branched blowing passage is arranged alongside the second duct in the transverse direction of the vehicle; and the first and second branch passages merge downward of the second duct so that the first and second branch passages surround the second duct. 2. The vehicular air conditioning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the rear-side seats in the vehicle comprise the second row of seats and the third row of seats which are separated away from each other in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the blowing passage for rear-side seats is integrally formed such that the blowing passage merges again downward of the branched portion, and a switching damper for performing switching of blowing air to the second row of seats and the third row of seats is provided at a location where the blowing passage merges or downward of the location where the blowing passage merges. 3. A vehicular air conditioning apparatus comprising: a casing having a plurality of passages through which air flows;a heat exchanger disposed inside the casing for performing heat exchange on the air;a first blower arranged in a transverse direction of a vehicle with respect to the casing and connected to the casing via a first duct;a second blower arranged in a Longitudinal direction of the vehicle with respect to the casing and connected to the casing via a second duct; anda blowing passage connected to a downstream side of the heat exchanger and formed in the casing to supply the air from the second blower to rear-side seats in the vehicle, the blowing passage being forked in the transverse direction of the vehicle to form first and second branch passages, and the first and second branch passages extending along sides of the second duct, respectively;wherein the heat exchanger comprises a cooling means and a heating means, the blowing passage is connected to a downstream side of the heating means so that the blowing passage bends to circumvent an end of the heating means and extends downwardly, then the blowing passage is forked in the transverse direction of the vehicle to form the first and second branch passages, the first and second branch passages extend along sides of the second duct, respectively, and the first and second branch passages merge downward of the second duct so that the first and second branch passages surround the second duct;wherein the second duct and the blowing passage for rear-side seats are not communicated with each other, and are arranged so as to intersect with each other, as viewed in the transverse direction of the vehicle such that the second duct is inside the casing with the blowing passage around the outside surface of the second duct. 4. A vehicular air conditioning apparatus comprising: a casing having at least two passages through which air flows; a heating means and a cooling means disposed inside the casing for performing heat exchange on the air;a first blower connected to the casing via a first duct and a second blower connected to the casing via a second duct; anda blowing passage connected to a downstream side of the heating means and formed in the casing to supply the air from the second blower to rear-side seats in the vehicle, the blowing passage being forked in the transverse direction of the vehicle to form first and second branch passages, and the first and second branch passages extending along sides of the second duct, respectively;wherein the blowing passage is connected to the downstream side of the heating means so that the blowing passage bends to circumvent an end of the heating means and extends downwardly, then the blowing passage is forked in the transverse direction of the vehicle to form first and second branch passages, the first and second branch passages extend along sides of the second duct, respectively, and the first and second branch passages merges downward of the second duct so that the first and second branch passages surround the second duct;wherein the second duct and the blowing passage for rear-side seats are not communicated with each other, and are arranged so as to intersect with each other, as viewed in the transverse direction of the vehicle such that the second duct is inside the casing with the blowing passage around the outside surface of the second duct.
