A spray head according to claim 3, wherein the reduced diameter portion has a constant cross-section over a distance less than or equal to 5 mm. 5. A spray head according to claim 1, wherein the reduced diameter portion has a cross-section that is circular. 6. A spray head according to claim 5, wherein a diameter of the reduced diameter portion ranges from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm. 7. A spray head according to claim 1, wherein a minimum cross-sectional area of the reduced diameter portion is less than or equal to 0.8 mm2. 9.
