The crate according to claim 1, wherein the bottom comprises two pairs of ventilation openings, wherein each ventilation opening of the first pair has a width equal or larger than 40 mm and a length equal or larger than 126 mm, and wherein each ventilation opening of the second pair has a width equal or larger than 40 mm and a length equal or larger than 25 mm. 6. The crate according to claim 1, wherein each vent hole of the plurality of vent holes has a width equal or larger than 20 mm and a length equal or larger than 24 mm. 7. The crate according to claim 1, wherein each grip hole has a width equal or larger than 30 mm and a length equal or larger than 100 mm. 8.
