A method comprising: (a) operating an automated transaction machine to cause at least one data reader of the machine to read data corresponding to a financial account associated with a user of the machine, wherein the machine includes a cash dispenser, at least one user input device, and at least one display operable to provide output corresponding to user selectable audiovisual files;(b) operating the at least one user input device to receive user selection of at least one of the audiovisual files;(c) operating the machine responsive at least in part to the user selection received in (b), to cause the at least one of the audiovisual files to be sent to a user mobile phone located adjacent the machine;(d) operating the machine to cause the financial account to be accessed a fee associated with the user selection received in (b);(e) operating the at least one user input device to receive a cash withdrawal request;(f) operating the cash dispenser to dispense an amount of cash associated with the cash withdrawal request received in (e); and(g) operating the machine to cause the financial account to be accessed a cash value corresponding to the amount of cash dispensed in (f);wherein (a)-(g) are carried out during a same user session with the machine. 2. The method according to claim 1 wherein the machine is part of a banking system that includes a plurality of automated transaction machines, wherein the machine is operable to cause financial transfers responsive at least in part to data bearing records,wherein the at least one data reader includes a biometric reader and a card reader including a magnetic read head, wherein (a) includes both operating the biometric reader to read biometric data and operating the card reader to read card data. 3. The method according to claim 1 wherein the machine includes a wireless output port, wherein (c) includes wirelessly sending the at least one audiovisual file through the wireless output port. 4. The method according to claim 3 wherein the at least one audiovisual presentation includes a movie, wherein (c) includes wirelessly communicating the movie to the mobile phone. 5. The method according to claim 1 wherein the machine includes a universal serial bus (USB) port, wherein (c) includes sending the at least one audiovisual file through the USB port. 6. The method according to claim 1 wherein the fee in (d) comprises at least part of a monthly service fee. 7. The method according to claim 6 subsequent to (a)-(g) and in a different user session with the machine, further comprising: (h) operating the at least one user input device to receive user selection of at least one audiovisual file not selected in (b);(i) operating the machine responsive at least in part to the user selection received in (h), to cause the at least one audiovisual file selected in (h) to be sent to the user mobile phone;wherein the at least one audiovisual file sent to the user mobile phone in (i) does not cause the financial account to be accessed a fee. 8. The method according to claim 7 wherein the machine is part of a transaction system that includes a plurality of automated transaction machines, wherein the fee in (d) comprises a monthly movie fee which allows the user mobile phone to receive movies from any of the machines in the system for a month. 9. A method comprising: (a) operating an automated transaction machine during a financial transaction involving a user of the machine, to obtain user data corresponding to a financial account, wherein the machine includes a touch screen display, a wireless communications port, and at least one reader operable to read user data usable to identify respective financial accounts;(b) operating the touch screen display to provide at least one selection display screen that permits the user to select at least one movie;(c) subsequent to (b), operating the touch screen display to receive user selection corresponding to at least one movie;(d) subsequent to (c), operating the wireless communications port to wirelessly communicate at least one audiovisual file to a user mobile phone located adjacent the machine, wherein the at least one audiovisual file includes the at least one movie corresponding to the user selection; and(e) operating the machine to cause the financial account to be assessed a fee associated with the user selection received in (c). 10. The method according to claim 9 and further comprising (f) operating the touch screen display to receive user input corresponding to a request for a different transaction which involves the financial account, wherein the different transaction does not involve the at least one audiovisual presentation;(g) subsequent to (f), operating the machine in carrying out the different transaction;wherein (a)-(g) are carried out during a same user session with the machine, and wherein during the same user session the user data is obtained only once. 11. The method according to claim 10 wherein the machine includes a cash dispenser, wherein (f) includes operating the touch screen display to receive user input corresponding to a cash withdrawal request;wherein (g) includes operating the cash dispenser to dispense an amount of cash associated with the cash withdrawal request;and further comprising (h) operating the machine to cause the financial account to be accessed a cash value associated with the amount of cash dispensed in (g). 12. The method according to claim 9 wherein (d) includes wireless communication that only allows the at least one audiovisual file to be received by the phone when the phone is located adjacent the machine. 13. The method according to claim 9 wherein (d) includes wirelessly communicating the at least one audiovisual file to an address of the mobile phone, wherein the address comprises a network address of the mobile phone. 14. The method according to claim 9 wherein (d) includes wirelessly communicating the at least one audiovisual file to an address of the mobile phone, wherein the address comprises a phone number of the mobile phone. 15. The method according to claim 9 wherein the fee in (e) comprises at least part of a monthly movie fee. 16. The method according to claim 15 wherein (a)-(d) occur in a first user session with the machine, subsequent to (a)-(d), and further comprising in a subsequent user session with the machine: operating the touch screen display to receive user selection corresponding to at least one movie not selected in (c); and(g) subsequent to (f), operating the wireless communications port to wirelessly communicate at least one audiovisual file to the user mobile phone located adjacent the machine, wherein the at least one audiovisual file includes the at least one movie corresponding to the user selection received in (f);wherein the at least one audiovisual file communicated to the user mobile phone in (g) does not cause the financial account to be accessed a fee. 17. A method comprising: (a) operating at least one reader of an automated transaction machine to obtain user data, wherein the user data is linked in at least one data store to a financial account, wherein the user data is usable to identify the financial account,wherein the user data is linked in the at least one data store to a communication path to a mobile phone, wherein the user data is usable to identify the communication path,wherein the machine includes at least one display, a cash dispenser, and at least one currency accepting device;(b) operating the machine to receive a cash withdrawal request;(c) subsequent to (b), operating the cash dispenser to dispense an amount of cash associated with the cash withdrawal request;(d) operating the display to provide output corresponding to different selectable audiovisual presentations;(e) subsequent to (d), operating the machine to receive user input corresponding to user selection of at least one audiovisual presentation;(f) operating the at least one currency accepting device to receive currency toward user payment for the user selection, wherein the currency received includes cash dispensed in (c);(g) subsequent to (f), operating the machine to cause digital content comprising the at least one audiovisual presentation, to be communicated to the mobile phone through use of the communication path; and(h) operating the machine to cause the financial account to be accessed a cash value corresponding to the amount of cash dispensed in (c);wherein (a)-(g) are carried out during a same user session with the machine, wherein during the same user session the user data is obtained only once. 18. The method according to claim 17 wherein (g) includes operating the machine to cause the digital content to be communicated from the machine to the mobile phone in a manner that allows the digital content to be received by the mobile phone only while the mobile phone is located adjacent the machine. 19. The method according to claim 17 wherein the machine includes a wireless output port, wherein (g) includes wirelessly communicating the digital content to the mobile phone through the wireless output port. 20. The method according to claim 19 wherein the at least one audiovisual presentation includes a movie, wherein (g) includes wirelessly communicating the movie to the mobile phone. 21. A method comprising: (a) operating an automated transaction machine, wherein the machine includes: at least one data reader operable to read user data,a cash dispenser operable to dispense cash,a wireless communication device, andat least one input device, wherein the at least one input device includes a display, wherein the display comprises a touch screen,wherein the machine is operable to receive from a machine user during a same user session in which user data is read only once by the at least one reader, both a request for a cash withdrawal and a request for at least one gaming ticket, wherein the machine is operable to cause a cash value associated with the requests to be accessed to a same financial account identified through use of the user data read by the at least one reader;(b) operating the at least one reader to read first user data that is usable to identify a first financial account associated with a user;(c) operating the display to present at least one selection screen output that permits the user to select through touch input to the touch screen, at least one gaming ticket;(d) subsequent to (c), operating the display to receive, responsive to touch input to the touch screen, user selection of at least one gaming ticket, wherein the at least one gaming ticket includes a first gaming ticket;(e) subsequent to (d), operating the wireless communication device to wirelessly communicate at least one image file in a manner that makes the at least one image file receivable only by a portable communication device located adjacent the machine, wherein the at least one image file includes an image representative of the first gaming ticket; and(f) operating the machine to cause the first financial account to be assessed a fee associated with the user selection received in (d). 22. The method according to claim 21 and further comprising: (g) operating the machine to receive through the at least one input device, a request for a cash withdrawal;(h) subsequent to (g), operating the cash dispenser to dispense an amount of cash corresponding to the request received in (g);(i) operating the machine to cause the first financial account to be accessed a cash value associated with the amount of cash dispensed in (h);wherein (b)-(i) are carried out during a same user session in which the first user data was read only once by the at least one reader. 23. The method according to claim 21 wherein the first gaming ticket comprises a lottery ticket, and wherein in (e) the image comprises a lottery ticket image.
