In one embodiment, the apparatus and system can include a first valve movable between a first position and a second position; a first housing surrounding the first valve; a second valve slidably connected to the first valve and movable between a third position and a fourth position; and a second housing which surrounds the second valve; wherein the apparatus defines a first opening, a second opening, and a receiver passage between the first and second openings. In another embodiment, a movable plunger can be slidably connected to the second valve.

The apparatus of claim 2, wherein at least one of the following is a spring: the first biasing member; andthe second biasing member. 5. The apparatus of claim 2,wherein the first valve biasing member biases the first valve in a first direction, the second valve biasing member biases the second valve in a second direction, and the second direction is orthogonal to the first direction. 6. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a first valve sealing member in contact with the first valve; anda second valve sealing member in contact with the second valve. 7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein at least one of the following is an o-ring: the first sealing member; andthe second sealing member. 8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first housing is fixedly coupled to the second housing, such that the first housing and the second housing do not move relative to one another as the first valve moves between the first and second positions and the second valve moves between the third and fourth positions. 9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus is adapted to couple with a machine. 10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the machine is a vaporizer. 11. A system, comprising: a reservoir containing a liquid; andan apparatus connected to the reservoir, wherein the apparatus comprises: a first valve movable along a first axis between a first position in which a first valve passage is sealed and a second position in which the first valve passage is open;a first housing surrounding the first valve;a second valve slidably connected to the first valve and movable along a second axis between a third position in which a second valve passage is sealed and a fourth position in which the second valve passage is open;a second housing which surrounds the second valve; and a cam surface defined on the first valve, wherein the cam surface interacts with the second valve when the first valve is moved from the first position to the second position to thereby move the second valve from the third position to the fourth position;wherein the first axis is transverse to the second axis, the first valve passage and the second valve passage define a receiver passage, and wherein movement of the first valve to the second position causes movement of the second valve to the fourth position to thereby allow fluid to flow through the receiver passage. 12. The system of claim 11, wherein the apparatus further comprises: a first valve biasing member connected to the first valve; anda second valve biasing member connected to the second valve. 13. The system of claim 12, wherein the first valve biasing member biases the first valve in a first direction, the second valve biasing member biases the second valve in a second direction, and the second direction is orthogonal to the first direction. 14. The system of claim 11, wherein the apparatus further comprises: a first valve sealing member in contact with the first valve; anda second valve sealing member in contact with the second valve. 15. The system of claim 11, wherein the first housing is fixedly coupled to the second housing, such that the first housing and the second housing do not move relative to one another as the first valve moves between the first and second positions and the second valve moves between the third and fourth positions. 16. The system of claim 11, further comprising a machine connected to the apparatus. 17. The system of claim 16, wherein the machine is a vaporizer.
