The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus is configured to adapt operating parameters for a particular user. 5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus is configured to adjust one or more of the operating parameters. 6. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a channel that provides for capillary flow of the body flow from the tissue site to the sample chamber. 7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the operating parameters adapt to a particular user prior to a measurement operation. 8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the operating parameters are executed by resources that are controlled with a user interface. 9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the resources are activated by a user identification. 10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the user identification is executed through body contact with the apparatus. 11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the user identification is executed by activation of a user interface.
