The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the electromagnetic compaction formed portion comprises a thickness at the apex that is different from a thickness at the base. 10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein each of the first portion and the second portion comprises a metal foil. 11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the thickness of the first portion is about 0.001 to 0.003 inches. 12. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein: the thickness of the first portion is about 0.001 to 0.003 inches; andthe thickness of the second portion is about 0.001 to 0.003 inches.
