Described is a collapsible cart that provides substantial stability when operated. Enlarged inflatable or compliant rear wheels allow an operator to lift a front end of the cart to traverse rough surfaces as needed. Enlarged rear wheels are mounted outside an overhead profile of the collapsible cart thereby providing lateral and other stability.
