A climate control system for a seat assembly, comprising: a user input device configured to receive at least one desired setting or mode for the seat assembly;a first thermal module configured to selectively provide thermally conditioned air to a first portion of a climate controlled seat assembly;a first sensor configured to sense at least a first condition related to the first thermal module and to provide a first condition signal corresponding to the at least first condition;a first control unit that is operatively connected to the first thermal module, the first sensor and the user input device, said first control unit being configured to regulate at least one operational parameter of the first thermal module based on, at least in part, the first condition signal and the at least one desired setting or mode;a second thermal module configured to selectively provide thermally conditioned air to a second portion of a climate controlled seat assembly;a second control unit that is operatively connected to the second thermal module, said second control unit being configured to regulate at least one operational parameter of the second thermal module; anda communication line configured to operatively connect the first control unit and the second control unit;wherein the first control unit is configured to modify at least one operational parameter of the second thermal module via the second control unit. 2. The climate control system of claim 1, further comprising a main control unit that is operatively connected to at least one of the first control unit and the second control unit. 3. The climate control system of claim 2, wherein the main control unit is configured to generate a mode signal for the seat assembly, wherein the first control unit is configured to regulate the first thermal module based at least in part on said mode signal. 4. The climate control system of claim 1, wherein the seat assembly comprises a vehicle seat. 5. The climate control system of claim 4, wherein the first portion of the seat assembly comprises a seat bottom of the vehicle seat, and wherein the second portion of the seat assembly comprises a seat back of the vehicle seat. 6. The climate control system of claim 1, wherein the seat assembly comprises a mattress. 7. The climate control system of claim 1, wherein air discharged by the first thermal module is directed to a fluid distribution system of the seat assembly. 8. The climate control system of claim 1, wherein at least one of the first thermal module and the second thermal module is positioned within a housing. 9. The climate control system of claim 1, wherein the first sensor comprises a temperature sensor. 10. The climate control system of claim 8, wherein the first sensor comprises a temperature sensor, and wherein said sensor is positioned within the housing. 11. The climate control system of claim 1, further comprising a second sensor configured to sense at least a second condition related to the second thermal module and to provide a second condition signal corresponding to the at least second condition. 12. The climate control system of claim 11, wherein the second sensor comprises a temperature sensor. 13. The climate control system of claim 11, wherein the second sensor is operatively connected to the first control unit. 14. The climate control system of claim 11, wherein the first control unit is configured to modify at least one operational parameter of the second thermal module via the second control unit, based on, at least in part, the second condition signal. 15. The climate control system of claim 1, wherein the user input device comprises at least one of a dial, button, switch or other items configured to be manipulated. 16. The climate control system of claim 1, wherein the least one desired setting or mode comprises a specific temperature setting or a general temperature setting. 17. A thermal conditioning system for a climate controlled seat assembly, comprising: a main control unit configured to generate a main mode signal;a first thermal module configured to selectively provide thermally conditioned air to a first portion of a climate controlled seat assembly;a first sensor configured to sense at least a first condition related to the first thermal module and to provide a first condition signal corresponding to the at least first condition;a first control unit that is operatively connected to the first thermal module, and the first sensor, said first control unit being configured to regulate at least one operational parameter of the first thermal module based on, at least in part, the first condition signal and the main mode signal;a second thermal module configured to selectively provide thermally conditioned air to a second portion of a climate controlled seat assembly;a second control unit that is operatively connected to the second thermal module, said second control unit being configured to regulate at least one operational parameter of the second thermal module;wherein the main control unit is operatively connected to at least one of the first control unit and the second control unit; anda communication line configured to operatively connect the first control unit and the second control unit;wherein the first control unit is configured to modify at least one operational parameter of the second thermal module via the second control unit. 18. The thermal conditioning system of claim 17, further comprising a user input device configured to receive at least one desired setting or mode for the climate controlled seat assembly. 19. The thermal conditioning system of claim 17, wherein the climate controlled seat assembly comprises a vehicle seat. 20. The thermal conditioning system of claim 17, wherein the climate controlled seat assembly comprises a mattress.
