The vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the lifting device (11) is provided with lifting cylinders (12) which are arranged on vertical rails on a C-pillar. 5. The vehicle according to claim 4, wherein the lifting device (11) forms, together with the vertical rails, a portal structure (14). 6. The vehicle according to claim 5, wherein an enclosing wall section (22) is arranged in each case under the one or more sliding doors (16) or in front of these, which wall is provided as a access ramp in the lowered state of the loading box or the loading surface (9). 7. The vehicle according to claim 1, wherein an enclosing wall section (21) is arranged on the rear of the vehicle, and the enclosing wall section (21) is provided as an access ramp in the lowered state of the loading box or loading surface (9). 8. The vehicle according to claim 1, having a ladder frame as a part of the vehicle frame, which exhibits two longitudinal members (4, 5) arranged at a distance from one another and transverse members (6) connecting the longitudinal members (4, 5) with one another, wherein the ladder frame is cut in an area of the at least one rear axle (3) to permit the installation of the internal loading ramp at a later date, and a lifting device (11) for the at least one loading box or loading surface (9) is attached to a C-pillar of the vehicle frame (1) behind the rear axle (3). 9. The vehicle according to claim 1, having a ladder frame as part of the vehicle frame, which exhibits two longitudinal members (4, 5) arranged at a distance from one another and transverse members (6) connecting the longitudinal members (4, 5) to one another, wherein the at least one loading box or loading surface (9) is arranged laterally on the ladder frame behind the at least one rear axle (3). 10. The vehicle according to claim 9, wherein a loading box or loading surface (9) is arranged on both sides of the ladder frame. 11. The vehicle according to claim 8, having a ladder frame as a part of the vehicle frame, which has two longitudinal members (4, 5) arranged at a distance from one another and transverse members (6) connecting the longitudinal members (4, 5) to one another, wherein an auxiliary frame (25) for a chassis superstructure having either loading boxes or loading surfaces (7, 8, 9, 10), and lifting devices (11) for lifting the loading boxes or loading surfaces, is provided with an internal loading ramp together with the roof structure (13) and opening surfaces, the auxiliary frame is capable of attachment to the longitudinal members (4, 5) of the ladder frame. 12. The vehicle according to claim 11, wherein the auxiliary frame (25) is detachably attached, via connecting devices (26, 27), to the longitudinal members (4, 5) of the ladder frame. 13. The vehicle according to claim 12, wherein the connecting devices has fixing plates (27) and screwed connections (26). 14. The vehicle according to claim 2, wherein the roller door (20) is accommodated in its raised state in the roof structure (13) behind the rear axle (3). 15. The vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the lifting device (11) is supported on a C-pillar of the vehicle frame. 16. A vehicle comprising at least one front axle and at least one rear axle and an A-pillar, a B-pillar and a C-pillar,a vehicle frame, anda plurality of loading boxes that accommodate cargo,one of the plurality of loading boxes is a rear loading box and is located longitudinally behind the at least one rear axle,the rear loading box comprises a loading ramp which is vertically lifted by lifting devices between a traveling position, a raised position vertically above the traveling position, and a lowered position vertically below the traveling position,the loading ramp forms a base of the rear loading box and supports the cargo within an interior of the rear loading box andthe loading ramp in the lowered position is adjacent a surface on which the vehicle is located to facilitate loading of the cargo onto the loading ramp,the lifting devices are fixed to vertical rails of the C-pillar,side doors are supported by a roof structure and are horizontally slidable between an open position and a closed position, in the closed position the side doors enclose laterally opposite sides of the rear loading box preventing side access to the interior of the rear loading box, and the side doors, in the open position, facilitate side access to the interior of the rear loading box,a rear door is supported by the roof structure and is adjustable between an open position and a closed position, in the closed position the rear door directly engages with each of the side doors and encloses a longitudinally, rearwardly facing side of the rear loading box preventing rear access to the interior of the rear loading box and the rear door, in the open position, is retracted and stored adjacent to the roof structure facilitating rear access to the rear loading box. 17. The vehicle according to claim 16, wherein the loading ramp is lifted by only two lifting devices that are fixed to the vertical rails of the C-pillar which is longitudinally behind and adjacent to the at least one rear axle. 18. The vehicle according to claim 17, wherein the rear loading box is entirely located longitudinally behind the at least one rear axle, and when the side doors slide horizontally and the rear door is in the opened position, a continuous unobstructed vertical loading area is formed which extends along a perimeter of the rear loading box from adjacent a first vertical portion of the C-pillar along a first lateral side of the rear loading box, along the rear of the rear loading box and along a second lateral side of the rear loading box to adjacent a second vertical portion of the C-pillar.
