It is an object of the present invention to provide a semiconductor device capable of preventing deterioration due to penetration of moisture or oxygen, for example, a light-emitting apparatus having an organic light-emitting device that is formed over a plastic substrate, and a liquid crystal display apparatus using a plastic substrate. According to the present invention, devices formed on a glass substrate or a quartz substrate (a TFT, a light-emitting device having an organic compound, a liquid crystal device, a memory device, a thin-film diode, a pin-junction silicon photoelectric converter, a silicon resistance element, or the like) are separated from the substrate, and transferred to a plastic substrate having high thermal conductivity.

The light emitting display device according to claim 1, further comprising a third sealing material, wherein the third sealing material is provided inside the first sealing material. 4. The light emitting display device according to claim 1, wherein the second substrate is flexible. 5. The light emitting display device according to claim 1, wherein the second substrate is a curved glass substrate. 6. The light emitting display device according to claim 1, wherein the EL layer emits white light. 7. The light emitting display device according to claim 1, wherein the second electrode is a lamination of a metal film and a transparent conductive film, wherein the metal film comprises a material selected from the group consisting of Al, Ag, Li, Ca, MgAg, MgIn, AlLi, CaF2, and CaN, andwherein the transparent conductive film is selected from the group consisting of indium oxide-tin oxide alloy, indium oxide-zinc oxide alloy and zinc oxide. 8. A light emitting display device comprising: a first substrate comprising a synthetic resin;a first adhesive over the first substrate;a first electrode over the first adhesive;an EL layer over the first electrode;a transistor between the first substrate and the EL layer;a second electrode over the EL layer;a color filter over the second electrode;a second substrate over the color filter; anda sealin material,wherein the first substrate is flexible,wherein one of a source and a drain of the transistor is electrically connected to the first electrode, andwherein the first sealing material is provided outside the first adhesive, and the sealing material covers side faces of both the first substrate and the second substrate. 9. The light emitting display device according to claim 8, further comprising a second adhesive between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein the second adhesive comprises two sealing materials, and wherein one of the two sealing materials is provided inside the other of the two sealing materials. 10. The light emitting display device according to claim 8, wherein the first electrode is transparent. 11. The light emitting display device according to claim 8, wherein the second substrate is flexible. 12. The light emitting display device according to claim 8, wherein the second substrate is a curved glass substrate. 13. The light emitting display device according to claim 8, wherein the EL layer emits white light. 14. The light emitting display device according to claim 8, wherein the second electrode is a lamination of a metal film and a transparent conductive film, wherein the metal film comprises a material selected from the group consisting of Al, Ag, Li, Ca, MgAg, MgIn, AlLi, CaF2, and CaN, andwherein the transparent conductive film is selected from the group consisting of indium oxide-tin oxide alloy, indium oxide-zinc oxide alloy and zinc oxide. 15. A light emitting display device comprising: a first substrate comprising a synthetic resin;a first electrode over the first substrate;an EL layer over the first electrode;a transistor between the first substrate and the EL layer;a second electrode over the EL layer;a color filter over the second electrode;a second substrate over the color filter,a first sealing material, andan adhesive between the first substrate and the second substrate, the adhesive comprising a second sealing material and a third sealing material,wherein the first substrate is flexible,wherein one of a source and a drain of the transistor is electrically connected to the first electrode, andwherein the third sealing material is provided inside the second sealing material, and,wherein the first sealing material is provided outside the second sealing material, and the first sealing material is covering side faces of both the first substrate and the second substrate. 16. The light emitting display device according to claim 15, wherein the first electrode is transparent. 17. The light emitting display device according to claim 15, wherein the second substrate is flexible. 18. The light emitting display device according to claim 15, wherein the second substrate is a curved glass substrate. 19. The light emitting display device according to claim 15, wherein the EL layer emits white light. 20. The light emitting display device according to claim 15, wherein the second electrode is a lamination of a metal film and a transparent conductive film, wherein the metal film comprises a material selected from the group consisting of Al, Ag, Li, Ca, MgAg, MgIn, AlLi, CaF2, and CaN, andwherein the transparent conductive film is selected from the group consisting of indium oxide-tin oxide alloy, indium oxide-zinc oxide alloy and zinc oxide. 21. The light emitting display device according to claim 1, wherein the transistor comprises a crystalline silicon film. 22. The light emitting display device according to claim 8, wherein the transistor comprises a crystalline silicon film. 23.
