A frozen piercing implement array, comprising: a support structure having a surface; a plurality of frozen piercing implements extending substantially outward from the surface of the support structure, each frozen piercing implement including at least one sterile frozen solvent and at least one therapeutic agent including one or more of a vitamin, mineral, antioxidant, antibiotic, antifungal, preservative, antiviral, or anti-worming agent, frozen in an elongated piercing implement form of a high aspect shape having a ratio of greater than or approximately equal to 1.5;and at least one reinforcement agent including one or more of vinyon, saran, spandex, vinalon, aromatic nylon, vinylidene chloride, modal, polybenzimidazole, lyocell, orlon, zylon, high-performance polyethylene, polypyridobenzimidazole, vectran, acrylonitrile rubber, alluvium, calcite, emery, diamond, novaculite, pumice, rouge, borazon, corundum, zirconia, or aluminawherein each of the plurality of frozen piercing implements is approximately 250 microns or smaller in length; andwherein the plurality of frozen piercing implements is configured for piercing at least one biological tissue. 2. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein the plurality of frozen piercing implements is configured for delivering the at least one agent to the at least one biological tissue. 3. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein the at least one agent includes at least one of a nontoxic, biocompatible, bioresorbable, or biodegradable agent. 4. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein the at least one agent includes at least one sterile or sterilizing agent. 5. The frozen piercing implement of claim 4, wherein the at least one sterilizing agent includes at least one antimicrobial compound. 6. The frozen piercing implement of claim 4, wherein the at least one sterilizing agent includes at least one antiseptic. 7. The frozen piercing implement of claim 1, wherein the at least one agent is included as an outer coating of the frozen piercing implement. 8. The frozen particle composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one agent includes one or more of a prodrug or precursor compound. 9. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein the plurality of frozen piercing implements further comprises at least one detection material. 10. The frozen piercing implement of claim 9, wherein the at least one detection material includes at least one of a contrast agent, sensor, or electronic identification device. 11. The frozen piercing implement of claim 10, wherein the at least one electronic identification device includes at least one radio frequency identification device. 12. The frozen piercing implement of claim 9, wherein the at least one detection material includes at least one temperature-sensitive substance. 13. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein at least one frozen piercing implement of the plurality includes at least one channel. 14. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 13, wherein at least one surface of the at least one channel is substantially hydrophobic. 15. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein the at least one frozen piercing implement includes one or more layers including at least one first layer including at least one vitamin, at least one second layer including at least one anesthetic, and at least one third layer including at least one antibiotic. 16. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein at least one frozen piercing implement is configured to melt within the at least one biological tissue. 17. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein at least one frozen piercing implement is configured to be substantially removed from the at least one biological tissue. 18. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein the plurality of frozen piercing implements is formulated to be administered to the at least one biological tissue. 19. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein the at least one biological tissue includes one or more of a plant or animal cell, tissue, or organ. 20. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein at least one frozen piercing implement includes at least one sensor. 21. The frozen piercing implement of claim 1, wherein the at least one frozen piercing implement is configured to extract at least one material from the at least one biological tissue. 22. The frozen piercing implement array of claim 1, wherein at least one of the plurality of frozen piercing implements is substantially in the form of at least one blade. 23. The frozen piercing implement of claim 1, wherein the at least one biological tissue includes one or more of a stalk, stem, leaf, root, or tendril of a plant. 24. The frozen piercing implement of claim 1, wherein the at least one biological tissue includes one or more of meristem tissue, plant embryo tissue, cotyledon tissue, shoot apex tissue, scutellum tissue, epicotyl tissue, hypocotyl tissue, stamen tissue, receptacle tissue, anther tissue, stigma tissue, plant ovary tissue, carpel tissue, endosperm tissue, or seed germ tissue. 25. The frozen piercing implement of claim 1, wherein the at least one biological tissue includes at least one tissue from a fruit, vegetable, meat, or grain.
