1. A method for communicating with a vehicle user comprising: obtaining a user preference and authorization information relating to a mobile phone device and third party information, the mobile phone device being authorized by a vehicle computing device of a vehicle and identifying a particular user
1. A method for communicating with a vehicle user comprising: obtaining a user preference and authorization information relating to a mobile phone device and third party information, the mobile phone device being authorized by a vehicle computing device of a vehicle and identifying a particular user;recognizing a vehicle access device carried by the particular user;in response to recognizing the vehicle access device, providing access to the vehicle;recognizing the particular user upon approach with the mobile phone device;implementing the user preference for the particular user, the user preference comprising a setting for a functional aspect of the vehicle and a setting for a non-functional aspect of the vehicle, wherein the setting for the non-functional aspect includes user calendar integration to communicate user calendar events of a remotely stored user calendar to the vehicle, wherein implementing the user preference comprises determining an upcoming event on the user calendar is associated with an accessory; andproviding, by the vehicle computing device, customized interactive communication with the particular user, based on stored user preferences, the user calendar, and third party information. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: recognizing a second user upon approach with a second mobile phone device, the second mobile phone device being authorized by the vehicle computing device and identifying the second user;implementing the user preference for the particular user;determining which of the particular user and the second user is a driver of the vehicle, wherein in response to determining that the particular user is the driver, the user preference is implemented, andwherein in response to determining that the second user is the driver, implementing a user preference of the second user. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the functional aspect of the vehicle comprises at least one of the following: a seat position setting, a language setting, a units setting, an avatar setting, a mirror position setting, a steering wheel setting, a radio setting, a heat ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) system setting, and a previous destination setting. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the non-functional aspect of the vehicle further comprises at least one of the following: an image setting, a playlist setting, a preferred music setting, an action item setting, a news setting, and a way-point setting. 5. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving a request for access to the vehicle from a vehicle access device, wherein in response to receiving the request for access to the vehicle and recognizing the particular user, the user preference is implemented. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle is a rental vehicle and wherein the user preference is obtained from a remote computing device. 7. The method of claim 1, wherein the user preference is stored on at least one of the following: the vehicle computing device, on the mobile phone device, and on a remote computing device. 8. The method of claim 1, wherein implementing the user preference further comprises, in response to determining that the upcoming event is associated with the accessory, determining whether the accessory is currently in the vehicle. 9. The method of claim 8, wherein implementing the user preference further comprises, in response to determining that the accessory is not currently located in the vehicle, determining a location of the accessory. 10. A system for communicating with a vehicle user comprising: a memory component that stores logic that, when executed by the system, causes the system to perform at least the following: receive, by a remote computing device, data related to a rental agreement for a rental vehicle, the data comprising a first copy user identifier;receive, by the remote computing device, an identification of the rental vehicle that is subject to the rental agreement;receive, by the remote computing device, a request for the first copy user identifier from the rental vehicle;provide, by the remote computing device, the first copy user identifier to the rental vehicle;receive, by the remote computing device, a second copy user identifier from the rental vehicle, the second copy user identifier being initially received by the rental vehicle from a user communication device carried by the particular user;authenticate, by the remote computing device, the second copy user identifier, wherein the rental vehicle also authenticates the second copy user identifier by comparing the first copy to the second copy;determine, by the remote computing device, user preference data for a particular user;compare, by the remote computing device, the user preference data with vehicle capability data to determine a setting for a functional aspect of the rental vehicle and a setting for a non-functional aspect of the rental vehicle; andin response to authenticating the second copy user identifier, send, by the remote computing device, the settings to the rental vehicle. 11. The system of claim 10, wherein the functional aspect of the rental vehicle comprises at least one of the following: a seat position setting, a language setting, a units setting, an avatar setting, a mirror position setting, a steering wheel setting, a radio setting, a heat ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) system setting, and a previous destination setting. 12. The system of claim 10, wherein the non-functional aspect of the rental vehicle comprises at least one of the following: an image setting, a playlist setting, a preferred music setting, a schedule setting, an action item setting, a news setting, and a way-point setting. 13. The system of claim 10, wherein the logic further causes the system to perform at least the following: receive data related to an in-vehicle option from the rental vehicle; andstore the data in the system. 14. A system for communicating with a vehicle user comprising: a processor; anda memory component that stores logic that, when executed by the processor, causes the system to perform at least the following: obtain a user preference and authorization information relating to a mobile phone device and third party information, the mobile phone device being authorized by a vehicle computing device of a vehicle and identifying a particular user;recognize a vehicle access device carried by the particular user;in response to recognizing the vehicle access device, providing access to the vehicle;recognize the particular user upon approach with the mobile phone device;implement the user preference for the particular user, the user preference comprising a setting for a functional aspect of the vehicle and a setting for a non-functional aspect of the vehicle, wherein the setting for the non-functional aspect includes user calendar integration to communicate user calendar events of a remotely stored user calendar to the vehicle, wherein implementing the user preference comprises determining an upcoming event on the user calendar is associated with an accessory; andprovide, by the vehicle computing device, customized interactive communication with the particular user, based on stored user preferences, the remotely stored user calendar, and third party information. 15. The system of claim 14, wherein the logic further causes the system to perform at least the following: recognizing a second user upon approach with a second mobile phone device, the second mobile phone device being authorized by the vehicle computing device and identifying the second user;implementing the user preference for the particular user;determining which of the particular user and the second user is a driver of the vehicle, wherein in response to determining that the particular user is the driver, the user preference is implemented, andwherein in response to determining that the second user is the driver, implementing a user preference of the second user. 16. The system of claim 14, wherein the functional aspect of the vehicle comprises at least one of the following: a seat position setting, a language setting, a units setting, an avatar setting, a mirror position setting, a steering wheel setting, a radio setting, a heat ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) system setting, and a previous destination setting. 17. The system of claim 14, wherein the non-functional aspect of the vehicle further comprises at least one of the following: an image setting, a playlist setting, a preferred music setting, an action item setting, a news setting, and a way-point setting. 18. The system of claim 14, wherein the logic further causes the system to receive a request for access to the vehicle from a vehicle access device, wherein in response to receiving the request for access to the vehicle and recognizing the particular user, the user preference is implemented. 19. The system of claim 14, wherein the vehicle is a rental vehicle and wherein the user preference is obtained from a remote computing device. 20. The system of claim 14, wherein the user preference is stored on at least one of the following: the vehicle computing device, on the mobile phone device, and on a remote computing device.
