1. A method, comprising: graphically capturing a form identifier corresponding to a first form using a scanning head of a scanning device;in response to graphically capturing the form identifier, presenting a plurality of options comprising: an option to receive additional information about the first form, an option to receive information about an entity associated with the first form, and an option to receive information about previous users of the first form;processing, by the scanning device, the form identifier to identify an electronic form, wherein the electronic form comprises a form field;obtaining field data corresponding to the form field of the electronic form using the scanning device; andgenerating a representation of the electronic form using the scanning device. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: displaying the representation of the electronic form with the field data, wherein the representation of the electronic form includes the field data. 3. The method of claim 1, further comprising: authorizing communication of the field data. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein graphically capturing the form identifier comprises scanning the form identifier. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic form comprises a signature field. 6. The method of claim 5, further comprising: graphically capturing an image of a signature in the signature field. 7. The method of claim 6, wherein the signature field comprises a machine readable component. 8. The method of claim 1, wherein the form identifier comprises a plurality of characters. 9. The method of claim 1, wherein the form identifier comprises a computer readable portion. 10. The method of claim 1, wherein the form identifier comprises an identifying symbol. 11. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the representation of the electronic form comprises printing the electronic form. 12. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the representation of the electronic form comprising generating an electronic message. 13. The method of claim 12, wherein the electronic message comprises a facsimile message. 14. The method of claim 12, wherein the electronic message is configured to be communicated over a network. 15. The method of claim 14, wherein the electronic message comprises an electronic mail message. 16. The method of claim 14, wherein the electronic message comprises a hypertext form submission. 17. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the representation of the electronic form comprises rendering the electronic form. 18. The method of claim 17, wherein rendering the electronic form comprises displaying the electronic form. 19. The method of claim 1, wherein the plurality of options further comprise an option to receive demographic or statistical information about the first form. 20. The method of claim 1, further comprising: in response to graphically capturing the form identifier, indicating that the form identifier matches the electronic form. 21. A scanning device, comprising: a scanning head, configured to at least graphically capture a form identifier corresponding to a first form; andwherein the scanning device is configured to: process the form identifier to identify an electronic form, wherein the electronic form comprises a form field,in response to processing the form identifier, present a plurality of options comprising: an option to receive additional information about the first form, an option to receive information about an entity associated with the first form, and an option to receive information about previous users of the first form, obtain field data corresponding to the form field of the electronic form, and generate a representation of the electronic form. 22. The scanning device of claim 21, wherein the scanning device is further configured to: display the representation of the electronic form, wherein the depicted representation of the electronic form includes the field data. 23. The scanning device of claim 21, wherein the plurality of options further comprise an option to receive demographic or statistical information about the first form. 24. A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by a data processing apparatus, cause the data processing apparatus to perform operations comprising: graphically capturing a form identifier corresponding to a first form using a scanning head of a scanning device;in response to graphically capturing the form identifier, presenting a plurality of options comprising: an option to receive additional information about the first form, an option to receive information about an entity associated with the first form, and an option to receive information about previous users of the first form;processing, by the scanning device, the form identifier to identify an electronic form, wherein the electronic form comprises a form field;obtaining field data corresponding to the form field of the electronic form using the scanning device; andgenerating a representation of the electronic form using the scanning device.
