A method includes accessing information associated with a call at an attendant interaction module. The call is associated with a task. The information associated with the call includes a first action object identifier, a first result identifier, and a first reason identifier. The first action object identifier is associated with the task, the first result identifier indicates a status of the task, and the first reason identifier includes information related to the first result identifier. The method includes generating an attendant interaction signal subsequent to receiving the information associated with the call.
1. A method comprising: accessing information associated with a call at an attendant interaction module, wherein the call is associated with a task, wherein the information associated with the call includes a first action object identifier, a first result identifier, and a first reason identifier, w
1. A method comprising: accessing information associated with a call at an attendant interaction module, wherein the call is associated with a task, wherein the information associated with the call includes a first action object identifier, a first result identifier, and a first reason identifier, wherein the first action object identifier is associated with the task, wherein the first result identifier indicates a status of the task, and wherein the first reason identifier includes information related to the first result identifier; andsubsequent to receiving the information associated with the call, generating an attendant interaction signal. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising sending the attendant interaction signal from the attendant interaction module to a disposition module of the call routing system. 3. The method of claim 2, wherein the disposition module generates a disposition signal based on the attendant interaction signal and wherein the call is routed based on the disposition signal. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the information associated with the call is received at the attendant interaction module from a routing module of a call routing system prior to accessing the information associated with the call. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the information associated with the call is stored in a log file. 6. The method of claim 5, wherein the attendant interaction signal indicates whether a caller associated with the call has been authenticated. 7. A system comprising: a processor;a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform a method, the method comprising: accessing information associated with a call at an attendant interaction module, wherein the call is associated with a task, wherein the information associated with the call includes a first action object identifier, a first result identifier, and a first reason identifier, wherein the first action object identifier is associated with the task, wherein the first result identifier indicates a status of the task, and wherein the first reason identifier includes information related to the first result identifier; andsubsequent to receiving the information associated with the call, generating an attendant interaction signal. 8. The system of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises sending the attendant interaction signal to a call routing system, wherein the call is routed based at least in part on the attendant interaction signal. 9. The system of claim 7, wherein the task is associated with authenticating a caller associated with the call. 10. The system of claim 9, wherein the attendant interaction signal indicates an authentication status of the caller. 11. The system of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises updating the information associated with the call, wherein the attendant interaction signal includes an updated action object identifier, an updated result identifier, and an updated reason identifier. 12. The system of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises: updating the information associated with the call; andstoring the updated information in a log entry, wherein the log entry is accessible to a call routing system. 13. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform a method, the method comprising: accessing information associated with a call at an attendant interaction module, wherein the call is associated with a task, wherein the information associated with the call includes a first action object identifier, a first result identifier, and a first reason identifier, wherein the first action object identifier is associated with the task, wherein the first result identifier indicates a status of the task; and wherein the first reason identifier includes information related to the first result identifier; andsubsequent to receiving the information associated with the call, generating an attendant interaction signal. 14. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 13, wherein the information associated with the call is stored in a log entry. 15. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 13, wherein the method further comprises: updating the information associated with the call; andsending the attendant interaction signal to a call routing system. 16. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein the attendant interaction signal includes the updated information associated with the call. 17. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 13, wherein the task is associated with authenticating a caller associated with the call, the method further comprising sending the attendant interaction signal to a call routing system, wherein the attendant interaction signal indicates an authentication status of the caller. 18. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 17, wherein the call routing system routes the call based at least in part on the attendant interaction signal. 19. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 18, wherein the attendant interaction module is associated with a manufacturer, a retailer, a distributor, a communication service provider, an airline, or a combination thereof. 20. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 13, wherein the attendant interaction module is associated with a manufacturer, a retailer, a distributor, a communication service provider, an airline, or a combination thereof.
