The system of claim 8, wherein the deformable element includes a radially deformable tubular element disposed between the cover attachment portion and the equipment carrier attachment portion. 10. The system of claim 8, wherein the deformable element is attached to at least one of the cover attachment portion and the equipment carrier attachment portion. 13.
