The connecting device according to claim 3, wherein the sealing of the chamber, in the first distal state is ensured by the sealing between the top and a seat thereof that belongs to the first element, by the sealing between the first ring and the inside surface of the tubular wall, and by the sealing between the accessory and the third element. 5.
