A solution according to claim 1 wherein the solution has a hydrogen peroxide concentration of about 0.45 w/w % to about 8 w/w % of the total solution. 6. A solution according to claim 1 wherein the anionic surfactant is present in a concentration of about 0.02 to about 2 w/w % of the total solution. 7. A solution according to claim 1, wherein the benzyl alcohol is present in a concentration of about 0.1 to about 5 w/w % of the total solution. 8. A solution according to claim 1 having a pH of about 0.5 to about 4.5. 9. A solution according to claim 1 wherein the at least one anionic surfactant is selected from the group consisting of dioctyl sulfosuccinates and ethoxylated dodecyl sulfosuccinates. 10. A solution according to claim 1 wherein the at least one anionic surfactant is selected from the group consisting of disodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate and disodium lauryl ether sulfosuccinate ethoxylated to 3 moles of ethylene oxide. 11. A solution according to claim 12 wherein said at least one additional ingredient is present in a concentration of from about 0.05 to about 2 w/w % of the total solution. 14. A solution according to claim 12 wherein the solution has a hydrogen peroxide concentration of about 0.05 to about 4 w/w % of the total solution. 15. A solution according to claim 14 wherein the solution has a hydrogen peroxide concentration of about 0.05 to about 2.5 w/w % of the total solution. 16. A solution according to claim 15 wherein the solution has a hydrogen peroxide concentration of about 0.05 to about 1.2 w/w % of the total solution. 17.
