The system of claim 1, wherein the controller is configured to control the neural stimulator in response to a mean arterial pressure derived from the sensed blood pressure. 7. The system of claim 6, wherein the controller is configured to detect if the sensed blood pressure increases and deliver the neural stimulation at an increased rate if the sensed blood pressure increases. 9. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a sensor configured to sense a physiological parameter; anda controller configured to control the neural stimulator in response to the sensed physiological parameter. 10. The system of claim 9, wherein the controller is configured to decrease neural stimulation as the sensed physiological parameter approaches a target for the sensed physiological parameter. 11. A system for therapeutically stimulating a baroreflex in a human, comprising: an implantable medical device configured to be intravascularly positioned operably near a baroreceptor region to stimulate the baroreflex, wherein the implantable medical device includes a neural stimulator configured to deliver baroreflex stimulation to stimulate the baroreflex, the implantable device including an ultrasound transducer configured to convert an ultrasound energy into an electrical energy,wherein the implantable medical device is configured to power the neural stimulator using the electrical energy converted from the ultrasound energy. 12. The system of claim 11, wherein the ultrasound power signal includes data encoded within the ultrasound power signal, wherein the implantable device is further configured to receive and process the data encoded in the ultrasound power signal. 13. A system for therapeutically stimulating neural stimulation targets of a human, comprising: at least two implantable medical devices, including a first implantable device configured to stimulate a first neural target in the human and a second implantable device configured to stimulate a second neural target in the human, wherein each of the implantable medical devices includes a neural stimulator configured to deliver neural stimulation for use in stimulating the neural stimulation target, and wherein at the first implantable medical device includes an ultrasound transducer configured to convert an ultrasound energy into an electrical energy to power the neural stimulator using the electrical energy converted from the ultrasound energy. 14. The system of claim 13, wherein one of the neural stimulation targets includes a first baroreceptor region, and another one of the neural stimulation targets includes a second baroreceptor region. 15. The system of claim 13, wherein one of the neural stimulation targets includes a baroreceptor region and another one of the neural stimulation targets includes a vagus nerve. 16. The system of claim 13, further comprising an external device configured to send the ultrasound energy to the first implantable medical device. 17. The system of claim 13, further comprising another implantable device, other than the first implantable medical device and the second implantable device, configured to send the ultrasound energy to the first implantable medical device. 18. The system of claim 13, wherein another one of the implantable devices is configured to send the ultrasound energy. 19. The system of claim 13, wherein the ultrasound power signal includes data encoded within the ultrasound power signal, and the first implantable device is further configured to receive and process the data encoded in the ultrasound power signal. 20. The system of claim 13, wherein at least one of the first or second implantable medical devices comprises: a sensor configured to sense a physiological parameter; anda controller configured to control the neural stimulator in response to the sensed physiological parameter.
