1. A creamy foam beer dispensing system, comprising: a transportation tube, comprising: a fitment,a compression tube, anda line connected with the fitment and the compression tube;a coupler, comprising: a body, comprising: a top end,a keg engagement end engageable with the keg, anda bore therethrough, wherein the fitment of the transportation tube removably inserts through the top end and into the bore; anda lever pivotally connected with the body, wherein the lever is movable from a disengaged position to an engaged position that pushes the fitment downward within the bore such that the fitment opens a keg valve assembly thereby facilitating beer flow from the keg through the transportation tube; anda faucet, comprising: a compression tube receiver adapted to receive the compression tube of the transportation tube therethrough such that the compression tube delivers beer from the faucet,a plunger communicating with the compression tube receiver, anda handle coupled with the plunger, whereby the handle is movable among: a closed position whereby the plunger squeezes the compression tube of the transportation tube shut such that no beer flows from the faucet,an open position whereby the plunger lifts substantially, completely off the compression tube of the transportation tube such that beer flows from the faucet, anda creamy foam position whereby the plunger lifts off the compression tube of the transportation tube a distance such that an aperture created in the compression tube produces creamy foam flow from the faucet. 2. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 1, wherein the transportation tube is removable from a top end of the coupler and the faucet and is disposable. 3. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 1, wherein the line is a fixed length and diameter to optimize flow rate. 4. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 1, wherein the coupler further comprises a spring pin that maintains the fitment within bore. 5. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 1, wherein the body further comprises a gas inlet communicating with the bore, wherein opening of the keg valve assembly by the fitment facilitates gas flow through the bore and into the keg. 6. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 1, wherein the handle is adjustable such that the distance the plunger lifts off the transportation tube is adjustable. 7. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 1, wherein the handle comprises: a lens;an insert adapted to receive a label; anda main body adapted to receive the insert therein, the main body further adapted to receive the lens therein such that the lens retains the insert in the main body, wherein the lens and the insert are removable from the main body such that a new label may be received by the insert. 8. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 1, further comprising a refrigeration module comprising a body adapted to receive a keg therein, the body including a top with an opening, and a tower mounted onto the top of the body over the opening such that cool air from the body flows into the tower. 9. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 8, wherein the faucet mounts to the tower, further wherein the faucet includes a passage therethrough communicating with the tower such that cool air flows from the tower through the faucet thereby cooling the faucet. 10. A creamy foam beer dispensing system, comprising: a coupler removably securable with a keg;a transportation tube, comprising: a fitment engageable with the coupler, whereby beer flows from the keg through the transportation tube when the fitment of the transportation tube is engaged with the coupler,a compression tube, anda line connected with the fitment and the compression tube;a faucet, comprising: a plunger,a first housing body, comprising: a compression tube receiver adapted to receive the compression tube of the transportation tube therein such that the compression tube delivers beer from the faucet, anda plunger shaft communicating with the compression tube receiver and adapted to receive at least a portion of the plunger therein such that the plunger communicates with the compression tube receiver, and a handle coupled with the plunger, whereby the handle is movable among:a closed position whereby the plunger squeezes the compression tube of the transportation tube shut such that no beer flows from the faucet,an open position whereby the plunger lifts substantially, completely off the compression tube of the transportation tube such that beer flows from the faucet, anda creamy foam position whereby the plunger lifts off the compression tube of the transportation tube a distance such that an aperture created in the compression tube produces creamy foam flow from the faucet. 11. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 10, wherein the transportation tube is removable from a top end of the coupler and the faucet and is disposable. 12. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 10, wherein the line is a fixed length and diameter to optimize flow rate. 13. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 10, wherein the handle is adjustable such that the distance the plunger lifts off the transportation tube is adjustable. 14. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 10, wherein the handle comprises: a lens;an insert adapted to receive a label; anda main body adapted to receive the insert therein, the main body further adapted to receive the lens therein such that the lens retains the insert in the main body, wherein the lens and the insert are removable from the main body such that a new label may be received by the insert. 15. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 10, further comprising a refrigeration module comprising a body adapted to receive a keg therein, the body including a top with an opening, and a tower mounted onto the top of the body over the opening such that cool air from the body flows into the tower. 16. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 15, wherein the faucet mounts to the tower, further wherein the faucet includes a passage therethrough communicating with the tower such that cool air flows from the tower through the faucet thereby cooling the faucet. 17. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 10, wherein the plunger comprises a plunger head normally biased against the compression tube in the closed position whereby the plunger head squeezes the compression tube shut such that no beer flows from the faucet. 18. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 17, wherein the first housing body includes a stage therein adjacent to the compression tube receiver such that the plunger head squeezes the compression tube shut against the stage to prevent beer flow from the faucet. 19. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 18, wherein the plunger head includes a groove, further wherein, in the creamy foam position, the groove of the plunger head facilitates creation of the aperture that produces creamy foam beer flow from the faucet. 20. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 10, wherein the compression tube receiver includes a taper that contacts a stop on the compression tube to arrest the insertion of the compression tube into the compression tube receiver. 21. The creamy foam beer dispensing system according to claim 10, wherein the faucet further comprises a second housing body that supports the first housing body therein.
