The cycle in accordance with claim 1, wherein each of the pair of rear swivel caster wheels are connected to the cross bar at a forward incline. 8. The cycle in accordance with claim 1, wherein the pair of rear swivel caster wheels includes wheels formed of polyurethane. 9. The cycle in accordance with claim 1, wherein the front wheel includes a pneumatic tire. 10. The cycle in accordance with claim 1, wherein the pedal-driven crank is connected with the front wheel. 11.
