A method for identifying and resolving conflicts between one or more graphic objects within a first drawing displayed in a first graphical user interface, comprising the steps of: identifying a conflict between a first graphic object and a second graphic object, the conflict having a set of coordinates defining an exact location of the conflict, the first graphic object and the second graphic object being displayed in the first drawing;displaying, in the first drawing, a conflict graphic object superimposed over the conflict at the set of coordinates, the conflict graphic object including an identifier that identifies a party having responsibility for the conflict;identifying a classification associated with the conflict, wherein the conflict graphic object is displayed in the first drawing in a format that is based on the classification; andattaching a set of conflict information to the conflict graphic object for export to a second graphical user interface associated with the party, including the set of coordinates, a status of the conflict, and a set of data about the first graphic object, the second graphic object and other graphic objects within the first drawing relevant to the conflict, the set of conflict information enabling the party to receive the conflict graphic object and to display the conflict graphic object at the exact location of the conflict in a second drawing displayed in the second graphical user interface. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the conflict graphic object is a translucent bubble that surrounds the set of coordinates. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the conflict graphic object is a translucent bubble that surrounds the set of coordinates and the identifier is a color assigned to the party. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the conflict graphic object includes an importance identifier that identifies the importance of the conflict. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the set of conflict information includes one or more notes written by one or more users of the first drawing and includes an image depicting the conflict. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein the set of conflict information includes a resolution proposal having a set of coordinates for a new location of either the first graphic object or the second graphic object that will resolve the conflict. 7. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of: identifying a proposed resolution of the conflict, the proposed resolution including a set of coordinates for a new location of either the first graphic object or the second graphic object that will resolve the conflict and that define an exact location of resolution;positioning a resolution graphic object over the set of coordinates for the new location; andattaching a set of resolution information to the resolution graphic object for export to the party, including a set of data about the first graphic object, the second graphic object and other graphic objects within the first drawing relevant to the proposed resolution, the set of resolution information enabling the party to receive the resolution graphic object and to display the resolution graphic object in the second drawing at the exact location of resolution. 8. The method of claim 7, wherein the set of resolution information includes a set of data for a line to be displayed in the second drawing between the conflict graphic object and the resolution graphic object, the line including a set of coordinates of a resolution distance between the set of coordinates and the set of coordinates for the new location. 9. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of identifying a proposed resolution includes the step of creating a replica of either the first graphic object or the second graphic object that illustrates how the first graphic object or the second graphic object will look if moved to the new location. 10. The method of claim 9, wherein the replica is an exact, translucent representation of either the first graphic object or the second graphic object. 11. The method of claim 9, wherein the replica is an altered, translucent representation of either the first graphic object or the second graphic object, wherein the altered, translucent representation has a modified dimension or shape compared to an original dimension or shape of the first graphic object or the second graphic object, and wherein the set of coordinates for the new location is based on the modified dimension or shape. 12. The method of claim 1, wherein the first graphical user interface is operated at a first computing device, wherein the second graphical user interface is operated at a second computing device, and wherein the conflict graphic object is exported over a network from the first computing device to the second computing device. 13. The method of claim 1, wherein the classification comprises any of a trade and a priority level. 14. A method of proposing a resolution to a conflict between a first graphic object and a second graphic object within a drawing displayed in a graphical user interface, comprising the steps of: displaying in the drawing the first graphic object, the second graphic object, and a conflict graphic object superimposed over the conflict;identifying a classification associated with the conflict, wherein the conflict graphic object is displayed in the first drawing in a format that is based on the classification;identifying a set of coordinates for a new location of either the first graphic object or the second graphic object that will resolve the conflict;creating a replica of either the first graphic object or the second graphic object that illustrates how the first graphic object or the second graphic object will look if moved to the new location; anddisplaying in the drawing the replica superimposed over the new location, the replica being displayed simultaneously with the first graphic object, the second graphic object, and the conflict graphic object. 15. The method of claim 14, wherein the replica is an exact, translucent representation of either the first graphic object or the second graphic object. 16. The method of claim 14, wherein the replica is an altered, translucent representation of either the first graphic object or the second graphic object, wherein the altered, translucent representation has a modified dimension or shape compared to an original dimension or shape of the first graphic object or the second graphic object, and wherein the set of coordinates for the new location is based on the modified dimension or shape. 17. The method of claim 14, further comprising the steps of: positioning a resolution graphic object near either the first graphic object or the second graphic object; andmoving the resolution graphic object when the replica is moved to the new location. 18. The method of claim 14, further comprising the steps of: positioning a resolution graphic object near either the first graphic object or the second graphic object, wherein the resolution graphic object is a translucent bubble having a first color;moving the resolution graphic object when the replica is moved to the new location; andchanging the first color to a second color if the conflict is resolved by moving either the first graphic object or the second graphic object to the new location. 19. The method of claim 14, further comprising the steps of: positioning a resolution graphic object near either the first graphic object or the second graphic object, wherein the resolution graphic object is a translucent bubble having a first color; andchanging the first color to a second color if the conflict is resolved by moving either the first graphic object or the second graphic object to the new location. 20. The method of claim 14, wherein the step of identifying a set of coordinates for a new location includes the step of receiving a clearance distance input by a user and using the clearance distance to determine the set of coordinates for the new location. 21. The method of claim 20, wherein the clearance distance includes an additional distance by which the first graphic object or the second graphic object would need to be moved to accommodate an additional graphic object being fit around at least a portion of the first graphic object or the second graphic object while still resolving the conflict. 22. The method of claim 14, wherein the step of identifying a set of coordinates for a new location includes the step of providing one or more remote users with access to the drawing and permitting the one or more remote users to collaboratively determine the set of coordinates for the new location. 23. The method of claim 14, further comprising the step of providing a mode less drawing that replicates just an area surrounding the conflict between the first graphic object and the second graphic object and that includes the replica, the modeless drawing being operative to be viewed from one or more angles and at one or more magnifications. 24. The method of claim 14, wherein the classification comprises any of a trade and a priority level.
