The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said extraction unit comprises: a threshold processing unit configured to execute threshold processing for the extracted line noise data so as to remove, from the line noise data, a pixel whose value exceeds a predetermined threshold out of the pixels; andan interpolation processing unit configured to execute interpolation processing for a region of the removed pixel in the line noise data processed by said threshold processing unit. 3. The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein interpolation processing is performed to make a size of the extracted line noise data match with that of the radiation image. 4. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the radiation image has attribute information corresponding to each region in the radiation image, andsaid difference processing unit obtains the line noise reduced image based on a weight based on the attribute information. 5. An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the processing unit is configured to perform linear combination of pixels along the specific direction. 6. The apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising a holding unit configured to hold, in advance, the number of pixels for linear combination based on random noise standard deviation of each pixel in the line noise reduced image and line noise standard deviation calculated, along the direction different from the specific direction, from the line noise data extracted by said extraction unit, wherein said processing unit performs the linear combination along the specific direction based on the number of pixels held in said holding unit. 7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the number of pixels for linear combination is determined to a value at which a value obtained by dividing the random noise standard deviation by the line noise standard deviation is not less than 7. 8. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the extraction unit extracts the line noise data by performing a filter processing in a direction perpendicular to the specific direction using an edge-exclusion high-pass filter formed from one of an ε filter, a dispersive filter, an MTM filter, and a bilateral filter. 9. A line noise reduction processing method of an information processing apparatus, comprising: performing averaging of pixels of a radiation image along a specific direction;extracting line noise data from the processed radiation image along a direction different from the specific direction; andobtaining a line noise reduced image based on the radiation image and the line noise data. 10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program which causes a computer to function as: a processing unit configured to perform averaging of pixels of a radiation image along a specific direction;an extraction unit configured to extract line noise data from the processed radiation image along a direction different from the specific direction; anda difference processing unit configured to obtain a line noise reduced image based on the radiation image and the line noise data. 11. An information processing apparatus for a radiation image, comprising: a processing unit configured to smooth pixels of a radiation image along a specific direction;an extraction unit configured to extract line noise data from the processed radiation image along a direction different from the specific direction; anda difference processing unit configured to obtain a line noise reduced image based on the radiation image and the line noise data. 12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein said extraction unit is configured to extract, as the line noise data, stripe-shaped unevenness running in at least one of a vertical or horizontal direction. 13. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein said processing unit is configured to perform smoothing by applying low-pass filter to pixels along a first direction of the radiation image. 14. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein said processing unit is configured to determine the degree of said smoothing processing based on a standard deviation value of the radiation image. 15. The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein said processing unit is configured to determine the degree of said smoothing processing based on a random noise of the radiation image and a standard deviation of pixel values in a second direction different from the first direction. 16. The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein said processing unit is configured to obtain a reduced image in which the radiation image is reduced in the first direction by the smoothing processing, and wherein said extraction unit is configured to extract line noise data based on the reduced image. 17. The apparatus according to claim 15, wherein said extraction unit is configured to extract line noise data by performing a processing which reduces a pixel value of a target pixel to an image in which the smoothing processing is performed, in a case where the local change of pixel value from the target pixel to the second direction exceeds a threshold. 18. The apparatus according to claim 17, wherein said extraction unit is further configured to selectively extract line noise based on a distribution of pixel values in the first direction. 19. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein said extraction unit is configured to perform a filter processing in the second direction and to perform a filter processing in the first direction, to an image to which the smoothing processing is performed. 20. A line noise reduction method of an information processing apparatus, comprising: performing smoothing of pixels of a radiation image along a specific direction;extracting line noise data from the processed radiation image along a direction different from the specific direction; andobtaining a line noise reduced image based on the radiation image and the line noise data. 21. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program which causes a computer to function as: a processing unit configured to perform smoothing of pixels of a radiation image along a specific direction;an extraction unit configured to extract line noise data from the processed radiation image along a direction different from the specific direction; anda difference processing unit configured to obtain a line noise reduced image based on the radiation image and the line noise data. 22. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said processing unit is configured to perform averaging of the radiation image by combining a certain number of pixel values of the radiation image, and wherein said processing unit is further configured to determine the certain number based on characteristic information of the radiation image. 23. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said extraction unit is configured to apply a non-linear high-pass filtering to the averaged image. 24. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein said processing unit is configured to determine the degree of said smoothing processing based on characteristic information of the radiation image. 25. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein said extraction unit is configured to apply a non-linear high-pass filtering to the averaged image. 26. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein said extraction unit extracts the line noise data by performing a filter processing in a direction perpendicular to the specific direction using an edge-exclusion high-pass filter formed from one of an ε filter, a dispersive filter, an MTM filter and a bilateral filter.
