The device of claim 1, wherein the ten self-expanding bulbs comprises: the first bulb having a generally oblong shape;the second bulb having a generally spherical shape;the third bulb having a generally oblong shape;the fourth bulb having a generally spherical shape;the fifth bulb having a generally oblong shape;the sixth bulb having a generally spherical shape;the seventh bulb having a generally spherical shape;the eighth bulb having a generally oblong shape;the ninth bulb having a generally spherical shape; andthe tenth bulb having a generally spherical shape. 3. The device of claim 1, wherein the ten self-expanding bulbs comprises: the first bulb having a generally spherical shape;the second bulb having a generally spherical shape;the third bulb having a generally spherical shape;the fourth bulb having a generally spherical shape;the fifth bulb having a generally spherical shape;the sixth bulb having a generally spherical shape;the seventh bulb having a generally spherical shape;the eighth bulb having a generally spherical shape;the ninth bulb having a generally spherical shape; andthe tenth bulb having a generally spherical shape. 4. The device of claim 1, wherein at least two of the plurality of bulbs have different shapes in the radially expanded state. 5. The device of claim 1, wherein at least one of the plurality of bulbs has a spherical shape in the radially expanded state. 6. The device of claim 1, wherein at least one of the plurality of bulbs has an oblong shape in the radially expanded state. 7. The device of claim 1, wherein the radiopaque wires are spaced or clustered to increase visibility under x-ray. 8. The device of claim 1, wherein the radiopaque wires comprise platinum tungsten. 9. The device of claim 1, wherein the shape-memory wires comprise nickel titanium. 10. The device of claim 1, wherein the shape-memory wires comprise chromium cobalt. 11. The device of claim 1, wherein a diameter of the device in a collapsed state is no more than about 0.0125 inches. 12. The device of claim 1, wherein a diameter of the device in a collapsed state is between about 0.25 mm and about 0.5 mm. 13.
