The disclosed subject matter relates to an architecture that can facilitate and/or transmit reminders based upon device presence techniques in connection with a wireless communications network. For example, when certain mobile devices register with a particular network entity (e.g., a femtocell) that services a particular target location (e.g., place of residence), then such registration can be leveraged to indicate presence at the target location. Accordingly, reminders can be configured by custodian devices and delivered to subservient devices if certain predetermined conditions or criteria are satisfied in connection with the presence information.

The system of claim 1, wherein the transmission is a first transmission and the operations further comprise: facilitating a second transmission of notification data to the second user equipment in response to determining that the reminder data has been transmitted to the first user equipment. 3. The system of claim 1, wherein the facilitating comprises facilitating the transmission in response to determining that status data received from a network device of a femtocell network associated with the femto access point device satisfies a status criterion. 4. The system of claim 1, wherein the facilitating comprises facilitating the transmission based on weather data determined to be related to an area associated with the femto access point device. 5. The system of claim 1, wherein the operations further comprise: receiving, from the second user equipment, input data that facilitates a selection of the first user equipment from the set of user equipment. 6. The system of claim 5, wherein the receiving the reminder data comprises receiving the reminder data from the second user equipment via a text message. 7. The system of claim 1, wherein the facilitating comprises facilitating the transmission via a text message. 8. The system of claim 1, wherein the reminder data comprises first reminder data, the transmission comprises a first transmission, and the operations further comprise: facilitating a second transmission of second reminder data in response to determining that the first user equipment has exited a coverage area associated with the femto access point device. 9. The system of claim 8, wherein the determining that the first user equipment has exited the coverage area comprises determining that the first user equipment has coupled to a macro access point device of a macro network. 10. The system of claim 1, wherein the defined transmission criterion comprises a timing criterion indicative of a time period during which the reminder data is to be transmitted. 11. The system of claim 1, wherein the transmission is a first transmission and the facilitating comprises facilitating a second transmission of link data to the first user equipment, and wherein the link data is employed to facilitate a communication between the first user equipment and the second user equipment. 12. The system of claim 1, wherein the facilitating comprises facilitating the transmission in response to determining that the second user equipment is not registered with the femto access point device. 13. The system of claim 11, wherein the reminder data is indicative of a task and wherein the communication is facilitated in response to determining that the task has been completed. 14. A method, comprising: receiving, by a system comprising a processor, information indicative of a reminder message that is to be transmitted to a first user equipment selected from a set of user equipment that is authorized to access a femto access point device; andin response to determining that the first user equipment has registered with the femto access point device, facilitating, by the system, a transmission of the information to the first user equipment, wherein the facilitating comprises facilitating the transmission in response to determining that a defined transmission criterion, associated with a registration of a second user equipment of the set of user equipment with the femto access point device, is satisfied. 15. The method of claim 14, wherein the receiving comprises receiving the information via a text message from the second user equipment device. 16. The method of claim 14, wherein the defined transmission criterion comprises a status criterion and the facilitating comprises facilitating the transmission in response to determining that status data received from a network device of a femtocell network associated with the femto access point device satisfies the status criterion. 17. A tangible computer readable medium comprising computer-executable instructions that, in response to execution, cause a system comprising a processor to perform operations, comprising: receiving input data comprising selection data that selects a first user equipment from a set of user equipment that is authorized to access a femto access point device and reminder data that is to be transmitted to the first user equipment, wherein the receiving comprises receiving the input data from a second user equipment of the set of user equipment; andin response to determining that the first user equipment has registered with the femto access point device and that a defined transmission criterion related to the reminder data is satisfied, directing the reminder data to the first user equipment, wherein the defined transmission criterion is associated with a registration of the second user equipment with the femto access point device. 18. The tangible computer readable medium of claim 17, wherein the receiving comprises receiving the input data via a text message. 19. The tangible computer readable medium of claim 17, wherein the directing the reminder data comprises directing link data to the first user equipment, wherein the link data is employed to facilitate an establishment of a communication between the first user equipment and the second user equipment. 20. The tangible computer readable medium of claim 17, wherein the directing the reminder data comprises directing the reminder data to the first user equipment via a text message.
