The combination of claim 1 wherein said actuating pin on said bolt is snugly received in a hole in said bolt. 3. The combination of claim 2 wherein said actuating pin carries a sleeve rotatable by contact with said hammer about said actuating pin upon outward movement of said paddle actuator member. 4. The combination of claim 1 wherein said backing plate extends beyond said housing. 5. The combination of claim 1 wherein said complementary means includes screw holes in said backing plate on said bolt mechanism assembly and screw receiving openings in said actuator housing assembly, and screws that are received in said holes and are held by said openings. 6.
