The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said frame is hingedly attached to said support structure, and wherein said drive assembly causes a swinging motion in said frame. 3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said drive assembly comprises a motor vehicular motion simulator. 4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said fastening mechanism comprises a tether and buckle. 5. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said support structure is collapsible. 6. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said frame comprises a fixed base for an infant carrier. 7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said fastening mechanism comprises at least one clamping latch. 8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said support structure is a low-profile support structure. 9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said support structure is an up-right support structure. 10. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one of an incline mechanism and a decline mechanism. 11.
