The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, wherein said seat member includes a first section and a second section, the first section being hinged to said frame to enable the user to rotate the first section to an angled position relative to said frame to access lock-box positioned under the first section. 3. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, wherein said seat member includes a first section and a second section, the first section being hinged to said frame to enable the user to rotate the first section to an angled position relative to said frame, the second section including a door portion being rotatably connected to the second section, wherein said lock-box is positioned beneath the door portion to enable a user to access said lock-box when the door is rotated from a first position being oriented co-planar with the second section to a second position that is angular relative to the second section. 4. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, wherein said seat member includes a first section and a second section, the second section being hinged to said frame to enable the user to rotate the second section to an angled position relative to said frame, thereby enabling the user to access said lock-box positioned under said second section. 5. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, further comprising: said bracket further being configured to mount said lock-box to said frame;fastening members configured to fixedly secure said lock-box to said frame; anda cover member configured to prevent direct access to said fastening members, wherein said cover member includes at least one cover fastening member being different from said fastening members. 6. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, wherein said lock-box is disposed beneath said seat member, and a portion of said lock-box is configured to slidably extend beyond said seat member, thereby enabling the user to access said lock-box. 7. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, further comprising: a photovoltaic device configured to convert light energy into electricity;a rechargeable battery in electrical communication with said photovoltaic device; andwherein said lock-box includes an electromechanical lock that is in electrical communication with said rechargeable battery to enable the electromechanical lock to operate. 8. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 7, further comprising a power adapter outlet configured to enable a power adapter cord to be electrically connected thereto, thereby enabling the user to charge a rechargeable battery of an electronic device. 9. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 7, wherein said lock-box includes fan and thermometer, such that where a temperature in the lock-box exceeds a threshold temperature, the fan turns on to cause temperature in the lock-box to be lowered. 10. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 7, wherein the electromechanical lock includes an RFID sensor that, in response to sensing a corresponding RFID tag with a code that matches a security code of the lock-box, causes the electromechanical lock to unlock. 11. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 7, further comprising at least one other electronic device in electrical communication with said rechargeable battery. 12. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 11, further comprising a user interface in electrical communication with (i) the rechargeable battery and (ii) the at least one other electronic device, wherein the at least one other electronic device includes a signal generator configured to generate an alert signal to alert an attendant proximate the outdoor chaise lounge that the user has a request in response to the user activating the signal generator via said user interface. 13. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 11, wherein the at least one other electronic device includes an illumination device supported by said frame, wherein said lock-box further includes a circuit configured (i) to sense that said lock-box is in a lock state and cause the illumination device to illuminate and (ii) to sense that said lock-box is in an unlocked state and cause the illumination device to turn off. 14. The outdoor chaise according to claim 7, wherein said seat member includes a first section and a second section, the first section being rotatable relative to said frame, wherein said lock-box includes an electronic lock mechanism that is configured to enable the user to set the first section to a particular rotatable position in which the user has to set the first section prior to the electronic lock mechanism to be able to unlock said lock-box. 15. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, wherein said lock-box includes a lock that is programmable by the user to enable the user to set a combination that, when re-entered, causes the lock-box to unlock. 16. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, wherein said lock-box includes a sensor configured to read a signal from a device of the user that, when the sensor senses the device of the user, causes the lock-box to unlock. 17. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 16 wherein the device of the user is a hotel room key. 18. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, wherein said lock-box is waterproof to prevent water from entering said lock-box. 19. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, wherein said lock-box is corrosion resistant. 20. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, further comprising an identifier fixedly attached to at least one element of the outdoor chaise lounge to enable a key configured to unlock said lock-box to be associated with said identifier. 21. The outdoor chaise lounge according to claim 1, further comprising hardware configured to retrofit the outdoor chaise lounge to support said lock-box. 22. An outdoor chaise lounge comprising: a frame formed of multiple frame elements;a plurality of legs coupled to and extending below said frame to support said frame;a seat member coupled to said frame, and configured to enable a user to sit or lay on the outdoor chaise lounge; andmeans for enabling a user of the outdoor chaise lounge to store and lock items therein, said means being fixedly attached to said frame, and at least a portion being fixedly secured between the multiple frame elements, thereby preventing said means from being removed from said frame without separating the multiple frame elements. 23. A method of manufacturing an outdoor chaise lounge, comprising: providing a frame formed of multiple frame elements;providing a plurality of legs;coupling the legs to and extending the legs below the frame to support the frame;coupling a seat member to the frame to enable a user to sit or lay on the seat member;fixedly supporting a lock-box by the frame to enable a user of the outdoor chaise lounge to store and lock items therein; andproviding a bracket configured to fixedly secure the lock-box to the frame, in fixedly attaching the lock-box to the frame, connecting the bracket between the multiple frame elements, thereby preventing the lock-box from being removed from the frame without separating the multiple frame members.
